Feel the same about Poltergeist, but I'd much rather Shaun go before it. Good horror comedy, but it doesn't scream "spooky season" to me. Shaun and Ghostbusters are the last two remaining horror movies for people who don't really like horror movies.

One thing that I really like about Poltergeist is that one of the scientists has a freaky vision and just nopes out of the movie. He's just like, 'I'm not participating in this' and goes home. LOL. I feel like more characters should choose that option.

The spookiest shit from yesterday is the closeup demonic ant.

The ant looks scary because the bases of the antennae look like its eyes but they are not. It has big giant eyes above the antenna and if you look at it zoomed out it's pretty tame-looking.

Also those are hairs that look like gnarly teeth but they're not teeth. Insects don't have teeth. Not like that anyway.
