Is it silly and what nobody had in mind when doing this draft? Sure
Is it technically against the rules? I don't think so. I think the problem is bands don't really "break up" anymore they just go on indefinite hiatus.
There are more concrete examples though. Tribe was a perfect one for instance. Outkast just never really seemed to break up before they reunited. Felt like an ongoing hiatus since mid-00's. I bet in Big Boi's mind they are 100 percent still at it, but both just doing their own thing..again
last thing ill say but you obviously waited to pick them last because you knew everyone else playing was going by the rule that broken up acts aren't pickable.

It's pretty clear that they are. You're lying to yourself if you think they aren't. Andre has said he regretted doing the 2014 tour and felt like a sellout. But anyways I'm defending you here. It's technically eligible.

I don't think the F&P is reffing the game? he wrote the rules but a bunch of other people interpreted them differently which is why there's a poll. kinda pointless to keep debating since we can just vote
