They’ve done one off shows together within the time limit and they’ve never officially stated they’ll never perform together again. That was already said though…?

Because OutKast has drained our budget, we cannot offer hotel stipends to our headliners. Therefore, Damon Albarn will take my couch, Andre 3000 will have to lay on top of a bunch of blankets on the floor and Justin Vernon will curl up at the foot of our bed.
We have to have some kind of proof at this point. I will move to a poll if one is requested, but I would personally vote on them being available since they have played two fests since 2014.

they broke up, announced they would do a reunion tour, did the tour, and are now broken up once again. Can they play a show again? yes, as can anyone that's alive.

Edit: actually "In a 2014 post on the Neutral Milk Hotel website, the band members wrote how their 2015 tour would be their last tour for the "foreseeable future", and that they were going to take an extended hiatus."
Seems like an OutKast situation
