If Otter was mafia, it would make sense that the split was 1-2 or 0-3. From my seat, that makes Rummy/Dan/Maddog worthy to look at. From a gut read, Maddog is town. Not sure on the other two.
Gut reactions are important in this game. Dan's gut reaction here was that Jortles was oracle - something to pay attention to later, since Otter is dead, perhaps Dan is teammates with Otter. Not accusing, just pointing out.

Rummy/Maddog/KPO fell out of the D1 runoff (that also included Otter and Tranter). With KPO as town, that gives us a group of four that statistically has a mafia in it - Rummy/Maddog/Otter/Tranter.
Think Silver's vote switch from Tranter to Otter was odd. My switch meant nothing (though you have no way of knowing that).
Tranter does read town to me, projecting his tone. That would mean there are 2 or 3 mafia out of Jaz/Rummy/Dan/Theo/Silver (this is based on my town reads on Maddog and Tranter, which could be off). I understand people being sus of me for many of the same reasons I've narrowed it down to this group of 5 - the townies in this group can replace me with themselves. We've got 3 of the 6 in the D2 runoff. I'm adding another.

Because the third person to stack was KPO, and KPO was the Oracle's name. I'm not sure I can draw a more straight line. If Oracle Otter is submitting a name before the end of D1R1, and was subject to a triple stack out the gate, it makes sense that he would turn in the name of one of them.

I wouldn't see a reason for Oracle to leave clues. It's kinda cool that it worked the way it's supposed to for once. Just a bomb that explodes and we have to deal with the fallout.
