Would love to see what is being figured out as far as the lineup clues or any rumors. The clues seem trickier this year.
Someone posted the leaked flier of the bands so far in the 2019 thread. It matches all the clues so far except clue one.
Clue 1: most people seem to think its louis the child. Has an ep called kids at play, a song named "weekend", and a song "better not" which is what the caption starts with.
Clue 2: this one could be potentially 2 different artists on the leaked list. The Lumineers cause of their track "left for denver" or Young Dolph who put out an album with key glock called dum and dummer. The start and ending destination is the same as in the movie dumb and dumber.
Clue 3: The 1975. Has a hidden quote from Jaws on the screen which came out in 1975.
Clue 4: Billy Strings. He has songs with the titles "must be 7" and "slow train".
Add in the fact that all these artists are on the leaked list (except clue one).
Lumineers The 1975 DaBaby Rivals Sons Nelly The Glorious Sons
Going hard on the hip hop with 3-6, wayne, nelly, dolph, dababy. Going reeeaal soft on the 'rock'
I had hoped there would be enough around Buckingham to get me there, but it's not looking like it.
I'm not much of a hip hop fan either but I'm not ashamed to say I used to love Nelly 😆 That being said I'm crossing my fingers for some pop punk/punk rock additions like they have had the last few years.
My dream add would be Simple Creatures solely because with those two guys they could also bring in their regular bands and have Blink-182 and All Time Low as well as WhoHurtYou since each of those are made up of members of the two bigger bands. Unlikely... but I can dream right?!
Foreigner and Matchbox 20 are also touring this year and they would fit in well with the BSMF vibe I think.
We shall see! Hopefully they've got a few things still up their sleeves..
Louis The Child Brittany Howard Mavis Staples The Avett Brothers Of Monsters and Men Leon Bridges
That's 6 new names and 6 names from the original 'round one' release. There's still 10 from round1 that they will probably mix in there.
At this point, I wouldn't be surprised if the most of the 9 headliners are:
Lumineers Lil Wayne Louis the Child Avett Brothers Three 6 Mafia The 1975 Of Monsters and Men
Oh gosh SURELY those aren't the headliners (aside from the 4ish from the first release). Especially Of Monsters and Men... they absolutely are not headliner quality and at other festivals look to be as far down as third line. I could see Nelly as a headliner solely because he's put out popular music over the last decade that all got significant airplay.
I'm going to hold out hope they are trying to keep some bigger names under wraps.

I have too much time on my hands, so I did a bit of a dig on the '19 line-up reveal. This year we do have the wrinkle of the, presumably, unplanned leak, but this could still be instructive.
These were the non-Blues Tent headliners for 2019 and when they were teased on the BSMF Facebook page prior to the official line-up announcement on February 13th.
Friday: Dave Matthews Band (Jan. 18 - Song of the Day #2) Khalid (Jan. 31 - SOD #15) Shinedown (Jan. 23 - SOD #7)
Saturday: G-Eazy (Feb. 5th - SOD #20) Onerepublic (Feb. 11th - SOD #26) Charlie Wilson (Feb. 4th - SOD #19)
Sunday: Cardi B (Jan. 21 - SOD #5) The Killers (Jan. 29 - SOD #13) Gary Clark, Jr (Jan. 30 - SOD #14)
Yesterday was this year's SOD #14. There were 27 last year leading up to the announcement. I haven't seen a date for this year's announcement, but 27 SODs would make it February 14th. So that's probably a good estimate. If last year's pattern tells us anything about this year, we've seen 5 of 9 headliners. The Avett Brothers are almost certainly headlining. Lil' Wayne, Three 6 Mafia and the Lumineers likely are as well. But Of Monsters and Men or The 1975? Does either of them have a clearly higher Q-rating than Chvrches (who didn't headline last year)?
I'm still expecting to hear the Strokes are booked for Sunday. They would obviously headline. Last year's fest had something like 60 acts. I think it's fair to say we have some more surprises coming.

They weren't Song of the Day posts, but Keb Mo and Patty Griffin did each recently get shout outs on the BSMF Facebook page with #BSMF20. They're also both liked by BSMF on Facebook now. So probably safe to assume they're coming.
And the page posted about Avett Brothers, specifically referring to them as 2020 headliners.

These are the pages liked by the Beale Street Music Festival facebook page. I put an * by all the unconfirmed artists, but I'd be willing to bet most will be additions.
*Don Bryant Three 6 Mafia Moneybagg Yo Young Dolph DaBaby *Bobby Rush Leon Bridges Louis The Child The 1975 *beabadoobee SHEER MAG *Liam Gallagher Billy Strings *Kings & Associates The Glorious Sons Brittany Howard *Al Kapone Music *Hurricane Ruth *Trigger Hippy Lindsey Buckingham *The Bo-Keys Toad the Wet Sprocket Of Monsters and Men AJR *Earl "The Pearl" Banks Taj Mahal The Lumineers *Janiva Magness RIVAL SONS *The Reverend Peyton's Big Damn Band *Amy LaVere Keb' Mo' *Patty Griffin Portugal. The Man Mavis Staples The Avett Brothers The Smashing Pumpkins Lil Wayne Nelly
first 18 Song of the Days confirmed acts (* my predicted headliners):
*Lumineers* The 1975 DaBaby Rivals Sons Nelly The Glorious Sons *Louis The Child* Brittany Howard Mavis Staples *The Avett Brothers* Of Monsters and Men Leon Bridges Toad the Wet Sprocket *Portugal.theMan* *The Smashing Pumpkins* *Lil Wayne* Billy Strings Dirty Honey
I decided not to put The 1975 as a headliner due to BSMF tendency to headline USA acts, with only like 4 exceptions in the last decade.
