"1) Only "active" or potentially active acts can be drafted. If you're planning on booking a reunion, you need to demonstrate that there is a reasonable reason to believe that it could happen. (This rules out Talking Heads, for example.) An artist is considered "active" if they have had or will have public performances between 1/1/15 and 12/31/19. (This eliminates things like Rock and Roll Hall of fame performances, one-offs for benefits, awards show reunions, etc.) An artist would be considered inactive if they don't meet the live performance requirements or if there is credible documentation that an act has broken up, has no plans of touring, are focusing on other projects, does not play in this country, etc."
Do you understand this sentence? If so, there is your answer.

Whether they released music in 2016 is irrelevant.

They haven't had a public performance since October 2014, at least not as far as I can find.
Unless Krisp can provide some sort of evidence for why they're eligible within the rules, no. Running a poll for an act clearly outside of the rules only legitimizes nonsense just to receive the same result.
It seems like it should be unnecessary unless krisp can find some evidence they've played in the relevant time period, but if he's going to argue the point then I would definitely like a poll.

It seems pretty cut and dry to me but if krisplettuce wants to fight it he's entitled to a poll. It won't really change the flow of what's going on here.

lol did anyone pick Nickelback, I'll vote for that just for the courage it took.

Isn't this just videos and not actual performances? From the website:
For the 3rd annual AMVF, we curated over 100 music videos and some incredible ways to experience them including via virtual reality, the big screen, wild parties, and while swimming in a pool! Come get weird with all of us inside this one-of-a-kind music video festival!

I didn’t know Chuck Berry was also draftable cuz he did a concert in September despite being dead

Yeah, congratulations to them for their three video nominations!
Getting crushed by bros trying to rush the stage to be close to her at Bonnaroo 2010 when I was trying to leave after The Gossip ended is one of my all time worst concert experiences.
