The last date I found for She & Him was October 28, 2014. Have they played somewhere since then? I would definitely have picked them if I thought they were eligible.

My favorite from krisplettuce's that didn't make mine is Kool and the Gang. They were almost drafted in the last ten rounds but I always ended up going in a different way. (They got bumped from my UDFA lineup by Chaka Khan.)
The main point was those guys are all backup musicians behind a solo artist. Like if Neil young was drafted and they didn't specify promise of the real they still should have had them because that's the band as is.
at least with this the most recent album was "Neil and the Real".
I just don't understand how we're using these broad terms for exclusivity for other artists and then with Neil and Roger it doesn't count because those guys are bigger than the band they play with.
Like it seems like we all knew Pond was off the table because Tame, but I guarantee that Lukas Nelson had more to do with Neils new record than the drummer for Tame had with Currents.

It's consistent. We also ruled that the rights to Lucius weren't given with drafting Roger Waters.

this sounds like its becoming the YYY incident from last year.... le sigh. im sorry you didnt pick them FLowers but dont try and push to punish me for it. they released music in 2016...
