Biography: An indie rock band from Welsh, formed in 2010 and started by performing covers of Beatles songs before they began to write their own music. They promoted themselves by playing in parking lots before other bands' shows. They were signed by Communion Records in 2013 on which they released their first three singles and then by Island Records in 2014, after which they saw commercial success with their single "Kathleen".

Physical Reaction/Live Show I've never seen them live, but they are pretty high on my list for Bonnaroo. They seem like they have a great live sound and a lot of energy, I'd love to be right up front for their set.
Interesting Facts The band name came from a street performer Van saw when he was on vacation with his family in Australia as a kid, he thought it would be a cool band name!
Personal Notes The Balcony is one of the only albums that I've listened through in the last year and really enjoyed the whole thing.
