I remember hearing that Goldenvoice had an offer out to them in 2009 and they turned it down. Doubt they would have much interest in Green Day now though.
Not sure why this happened to me but Frontgate didn't process my layaway payment last month. My credit card is saved on their site and it is the same card as previous months but it said the transaction failed. I tried to re-process the payment on the front gate website but it wasn't working. I re-entered my card information and then just paid the whole balance off to get this finished. I hope it was just a glitch with my information but I figured I'd mention it in case anyone else has a similar problem. I don't want anyone to lose their ticket.
I started with the layaway, but went to pay it off in August. Up until the most recent payment came out for the layaway, I had assumed that it worked. Dunno what happened, but it didn't take my attempt to pay it off in full, and just continued the layaway payments. So I dunno, coulda just been a little glitch, I found it a little wonky too
You should never book a flight or hotel or spend any money at all based on internet gossip.
Are you sure? I'm considering buying GovBall tickets early..
Haha I already have mine. If you grab one and don't like the way the lineup turns out; its pretty much guaranteed that when the fest sells out you can flip the tix and make your money back (and then some if you don't morally object to that sort of thing). I wouldn't book a flight/transpo till you see the lineup. Most hotels have free cancellation up to 24 hours in advance. I don't see a downside unless buying a ticket will be a financial hardship. Do what you think is best.
Once again, Kendrick proves himself to be the only musician who is notably better in his TV performances than his live shows.
Doesn't he have asthma? It would explain why he's much better at controlling his breath for a quick, indoor performance rather than a 75 minute set in the blistering heat.

His breathing has never been an issue with his live performances. Some just don't appreciate him getting his personal kicks by checking each side of the crowd to find which is the livest or leading repeated Yak Yak Yak chants during Good Kid.
