For what it's worth, Grizfolk just posted the above picture with the caption "two shows at Firefly". Sounds like their one of the bands doing a coffeehouse set.
So, you know, yay for another small piece to the puzzle that Red Frog won't give us the pieces to.

I saw the will call FAQ post firefly put out. I'm not even worried about the tickets anymore. I'll be up there Wednesday and if I need to pick up my bracelet and camping passes so be it. I just didn't want to have to deal with that on Thursday. Is it sad that I am already preparing to have to go to will call lol.
edit: btw looks like I guessed right about Tov Lo on the Pavilion stage. They just said as much with their latest post.

So the person who ordered my tickets camping spots, isnt going anymore and Fireflys tweet just assumed themselves of people having to come to Will Call...if the person who ordered my stuff isn't going to be how am i going to get the Tickets at Wil Call. PLUS the person who isn't going is selling their ticket to someone else in a different group but if it doesnt come before the fest how is that one stranded person who's buying the wristband going to get it? Redfrog is going end up fucking me out of money if this shit doesnt come... this is the most frustrating part yet...And Will Call is in a different location this year? Last year i just got a late purchased camping pass as they were directing me into the campgrounds and that was the "Will Call" that was fine, didn't take me out of the way. Now its gonna delay me more time to go out of my way to a different location to will call?
They've addressed that situation saying you just need a copy of the confirm, a copy of your friends id, and a signed note authorizing you to pick it up. It would be an inconvenience but you won't be out money.
Starting to regret buying into this fest. I can't imagine the actual fest will go as smooth as some of you have described in years past. It's been nothing but fuck up after fuck up. There is now way I'm getting my passes before I fly out and will call will inevitably be a cluster fuck of epic proportions. I'm sure it will be fun if everything works out but dealing with all the dumb shit they've done is making me lose interest. I'd sell my pass if I fucking had it. At least Coachella passes go on sale today.
I know it seems hard to believe but it's true. Once you actually get there and get all set up - the actual fest itself is pretty great. Great sound, most stages have screens, there's tents with AC (DOGFISH!) and copious amounts of shade.
I realize years past have gone well for you all, I'm saying the way shit seems to be dealt with right now it looks like this festival could have reached it's tipping point. It seem like they set out to be more than just another fest this year and may have fallen short. We'll see though and, since I have no way of selling a pass I'll probably receive on site, I'll be there.

Firefly hasn't changed that much. The total attendance will be roughly the same as last year. If Red Frog overextended themselves, it was from adding the Big Barrel Country Festival the following weekend. I don't think they had the resources to plan two festivals simultaneously.
Still, the only new problem this year is the schedule delay. Firefly has dealt with shipping issues before. Last year, a lot of people never received their camping passes. In 2013, the wristbands were packaged so badly that they were literally falling out of the boxes. Many were lost in shipment. Will Call has always had long lines; that's why they moved it off-site this year.
I think Red Frog will pull this together at the last minute. My only concern would be the wait at Will Call on Thursday. That could get really ugly. But everything else will be fine.
My ticket is expected to arrive Monday according to the USPS site. I was never that worried about the tickets because 3-4 days is all they need to ship across the country. Not having the schedule and going to another festival this weekend sucks because it helps none with choosing thru conflicts

If firefly doesn't release a schedule before roo, I am going to be pissed as all can be. This fest is a week later. Id appreciate to know what I'll have to miss at firefly so I can alter my roo schedule accordingly. /rant

Roo's schedule has been out for a while now.
I'm going to both, there is some crossover between the two that I'd like to see, I am planning on seeing some of those missed ones from roo at firefly. But if there are conflicts on firefly schedule that may change how I go about my roo schedule.

You're a trooper brother. That is going to be a fun two weeks for you.

Haha thanks man. Did the same thing last year, definitely best two week span of the year by far. You going to any other fest's this year?

After work today I am driving up to Mountain Jam (only about a 2 hour drive from where I am in CT) for tonight and I have a pass for tomorrow. Then Firefly. Haven't purchased any tickets to any where else yet but I am super excited for Mountain Jam tonight.

THIS. It is the exact same reason why I really want a glimpse at the FF schedule. Jungle is a perfect example. They are at Roo and FF. I want to see them so I figure I will catch Gramatik at Roo and Jungle at FF. However I am also interested in the Kooks. I could see Jungle at Roo and see The Kooks at FF and miss Gramatik at Roo. As of right now I have no idea what the conflict will be at FF
Today could be the day... under the "when/where" section of the app, the "where" section went from nothing to having each stage listed out individually. They're gearing up for something.

They are gearing up for another day without giving us the schedule, probably to tell us they are close to sold out and we need to give them more money. :S

That is almost verbatim my main conflict issue. I really want to see Gramatik, but I really wanted to see all 3 of Roos thursday closers. I just dont want thursday at Firefly to be snoresville until a wave of evening conflicts. Give me the pain firefly, I'm expecting a gutpunch at this point.

I think its gonna be today. Another weekend with people not knowing the schedule would probably hurt weekend ticket sales as well, especially because they havent sold out. I also have a theory of why they havent released the schedule yet, I think they could release the schedule, and release single day tickets at the same time. They still have 4 day passes available and in 2013, they released the schedule and released 1 day passes at the same time. Something to think about.

I believe RF has already made an announcement saying no single days will be sold. Also I don't believe not releasing it today will hurt weekend ticket sales. This fest will sell out 100% if the schedule comes out today or a week from today. According to their email blast a few days ago they were already 89% sold out.

I agree with you guys but just don't miss Gramatik and you'll be happy

You get yourself a worked up and excited for Firefly, and do you want to know what you leave with? A lot of dust in your lungs. A LOT of dust. But an overwhelming gratitude for the abundance of bathroom.
Considering you've found the need to respond to my threads as if you are threatened by me I offer you some peace my confused counterpart. May you find peace in your restless soul.
