Such a good set. Honestly, I was just a slight fan of her recorded stuff, but she brings it live. One of the acts that translates better live than on record. Might skip her at Roo, though. Thinking Feist>Luda>Rodrigo to secure a decent spot for Radiohead.
Her set time at Roo is both a blessing and a curse. Since it's so close to Radiohead it'll hurt my chances of getting a great spot for them, but I think her set won't be too crowded. I think Foster the People will draw a big enough crowd that I'll be pretty close to the What Stage later on.
Seeing her here in Nashville on Monday. Very excited.
What'd y'all think?! Wasn't she so badass? It was pretty packed at the Variety Playhouse, but we managed to get an awesome spot in the pit. It was off to the side and on a slant, so I had NO problems seeing, which is a consistent issue at shows for me. She did the usual stage dive during Crocodile, but it was still awesome.
And side note - we put two and two together at the show. I don't know if Shearwater opened up for your shows, but did you know that he was part of Okkervil River? Perhaps that is not a surprise to many, but I had no idea!
I'm seeing her on Thursday here in Richmond (va), from the footage I've seen she puts on an amazing live show. I'm debating whether I'll watch her at Bonnaroo because I want to get a good spot for Radiohead...decisions decisions

Just got back from the Knoxville show. I was 7th row, right side at the Bijou if anyone else was there. I got a couple pics and 2 videos before my phone filled up. I'm uploading everything now. I'll have it up here soon.
Such an incredible show!! She did a cover of "She is Beyond Good and Evil" by The Pop Group and ended it running through the crowd and jumping over chairs!!

Here are the videos of Surgeon. It's missing a bit in the middle. My phone was full so I had to cut and choose, unfortunately. And the end cuts off for the same reason. I tried : /
For some reason only 2 pics will upload. I have a few more. I'll deal with that tomorrow. Here's that album so far: imgur.com/a/59plS#0
The two that did upload are form her sitting at the foot of the drum set looking sexy with her legs crossed while playing guitar. It was near the beginning of the set- I forget the song. I was so in love! The quality isn't great... but here are the pics themselves: i.imgur.com/qY0JJ.jpg
EDIT: One image is too big. I just linked it. It looks pretty much the same anyway. I'm sick of trying to edit it. I'll get the rest up tomorrow. I need to go to bed.

Thanks. Sorry the pic is poor quality. I have some better ones but my iPhone is being really stubborn. It's turned into a tomorrow issue. I'll have it all sorted out soon. I have a good one of her jumping over the chairs in the crowd that I need to get up. Then I'm gonna tweet it at Bonnaroo for #INATON
Where were there chairs for her to jump over? She must be pretty athletic to pull that off tho
its a seated theater so would step on the seat the on top on the chair. she moves really well to have heels on. the show was incredible from the intense light show to the way she wails on the guitar to the theremin solo. makes me want to see the roo show twice as.bad so i can dance

Good decision.
You'll still get a decent spot for Radiohead. Definitely will be worth it for this set. Loved her at Moog and and Coachella, but both times I only got partial sets. One of the my most anticipated, I'll be getting there rather early for this one.
Let us please reflect on how amazing this show was.
I have the biggest crush on Annie Clark now, holy crap.
i am familiar with just small amount of her material, and she absolutely blew my mind. I could not look away, easily one of the best sets I saw at Bonnaroo, possible the best set.
her music is so heavy and dark and sensual at the same time.
She was so in control of her sound and was constantly getting the people at the soundboard to adjust different levels during different songs. The result: probably my favourite show of the weekend.
