I sure hope she jumps in the crowd like she did at coachella. I want to touch her bootie.
Exactly why she shouldn't jump in the crowd.
Yeah, I was surprised when I saw that. Either she is naive to her charm on festival going guys, or she just doesn't care if she gets "incidentally" felt up. Anyone know if she did the same this past weekend?

yea I actually watched very closely while she was doing that because I expected tons of people to take advantage of that unbelievable opportunity, but it seemed like she got away pretty Scott free. but if she's gonna jump in the crowd she has to expect the possibility of that happening... not to say anyone should be allowed to grab her boob or anything that's obviously not cool, I'd be glad if her shoe landed on my face honestly. its all part of the experience.

Some of these female rockers just go for it. Alexis from Sleigh Bells did the same thing toward the end of their Bonnaroo set last year. Their body, their choice, I guess. Being of the male mind, I would advise them against it, however.

I would advise them to punch any dude in the face who grabs them inappropriately. Though that's easier said then done when surrounded by people and in the middle of a concert.

Yeah and considering she would have a ton of dudes to punch
I find it sad that she should expect to be groped if she jumps into the crowd with her fans. Some people just can't control themselves.
UNFORTUNATELY everyone that goes to festivals arent well behaved respectful men like us. there is also a huge population of drunk bros that for some reason got it into their head that they like st vincent, and therein lies the problem. annie clark has been around, im sure she knows this.
In all fairness she'll be pretty close to the front. Depending on if she's an earlier in the day Which or later in the date in a tent will affect who's in the front row. I feel as though the dedicated fans, who will litter the area where she's crowd surfing, are more likely to be respectful. Earlier on the Which Stage makes this less likely to be the case I think, so here's hoping for a sundown tent.

I will say that watching the St. Vincent webcast of the crowdsurf was amazing. She looked in complete control of what was happening and that's how she rolls. From my two cents I would hope for two things on her set, one that she plays late at night because she owns that environment, and that also she plays acoustic on the sonic stage.
I got to see her play an acoustic set in Dallas then see her in a dark venue later that night and it was my favorite shows of the year last year. She kills it and sounds so lovely, I also got to meet her and she signed my vinyl.
Edit: Just noticed St. Vincent posted a picture of her in a wheelchair in the airport from a stage dive gone awry. Not sure if this will change anything. I stopped stage diving after being dropped straight on my head from 6 feet up.
I'm just spitballing really. It is so weird that I have seen St. Vincent literally all over the place on the mocks. She has been on the stages in the afternoon and closing tents. I personally see her being on the which in the late afternoon.
I know it won't happen, but how much would you guys and gals flip out if she was on the LN list?
Theoretically, yes. However this would increase the odds for a terrible conflict. Unless it was St. Vincent -> Flying Lotus, I say no to that idea.
I'm actually hoping for this to happen st. Vincent > fly lo would be my dream. I also don't think it's that unlikey because of her time slot at moog. She would own a late night and her set would immediately jump into my top 3.
Not disappointing in the slightest. She was amazing, but it was kind of a weird vibe. Everyone was really chill. Anne said it reminded her of 'VH1 Storytellers.' She might say this to every crowd but I just thought it was weird/cool. I can't wait for a high energy set in the sun at Roo!

Annie guested on the podcast "Comedy Bang Bang" at Earwolf.com. Definitely worth a listen. She is involved in the conversation/jokes at points and plays songs between segments. Great stuff.
Last night in Cincinnati was insane. Third time I've seen her, but first since Actor tour and WOW--she was good then, but she really owns the place now. Can't wait for Bonnaroo.
Saw her in Indy last Thursday. It was really great. She came into the crowd and I was somehow pushed up against her the entire time and I even pulled her up off the crowd all by myself.
Saw St. Vincent at Coachella and I witnessed said stage dive. Leave it to dirty men to think about groping during a bad-ass chick moment!
I'm reallllly looking forward to her set at Bonnaroo, but I'll be catching her at the Variety Playhouse tomorrow night in Atlanta. Anyone else going to the show?
