Lorna Shore is hitting the road this September and October to play their latest record Pain Remains in full. The tour features Whitechapel, Kublai Khan TX, and Sanguisugabogg as openers to ensure that everyone gets a chance to mosh. Get the list of dates below and get your tickets here.
I'll probably go to this if I'm in New Orleans that week. I haven't seen anything as hard as Lorna Shore in forever and have not seen them yet.

Gambino presale is LittleFoot. Just got my tickets for Tampa, splurged for good seats because I honest to god thought I was never gonna see one of my favorite artists perform again after he said the Childish Gambino project was retiring

I don’t have a show until September and I need more bands to announce summer gigs
Where do you live that there are no good shows until September???
it’s more of a “I’m being picky about what I attend bc I’m waiting to see if other artists I like more end up coming here + fest lineup announcements” than not having shows come here

That’s cool, but where do you live? I’d like to borrow your lawnmower.

Has anyone used Gametime and TickPick for secondary market purchases? I just downloaded both of them. Positive experiences?
What I'm wondering about is when you make a secondary market purchase of an electronic ticket, does it basically transfer the barcode in the original ticket purchased on TM or AXS? What happens when someone buys, say, a four ticket block to a show on TM and then sells the tickets on a secondary market site and you can purchase anywhere between 1-4 tickets. How do you get a distinct barcode for the one or two tickets you buy?

Gametime and TickPick are both legit. Gametime started as mainly sports tickets (hence the name) but does everything now. Their gimmick is that they only show you a curated selection of what their algorithm thinks are the best ticket options. For that reason, I don't like to use Gametime - I like being shown all options. FWIW, TickPick usually (but not always) has the lowest fees of any resale site.
Generally when you buy TM or AXS tickets on resale, the seller transfers the ticket(s) to your TM/AXS account, and the barcode(s) are reissued in your TM/AXS account. Sometimes instead of a transfer you just get sent a link with the barcode(s). On Ticketmaster, each ticket has its own barcode. On AXS, there is one barcode per primary order (e.g., if you have 4 tickets in an AXS order, there will be 1 barcode).
Tickpick being the most transparent because it shows you what youll pay in total is always good. Si Tickets is another one that doesnt actually charge fees or $10 in fees if you use paypal to purchase. ( mightve changed now but that was their selling point )
Edit: wow, thats going to make such a difference between knowing a ticket costs $386 before the onsale to finding out it cost that after we cart it. 🙄
Transparency of cost has been the biggest issue in ticketing, imo. People have almost NO IDEA what to expect in terms of prices and then go in to on sales and panic buy. Having a general sense of the range of tickets beforehands will likely be helpful though may not completely account for dynamic pricing.
The Blood Brothers add an Austin, Philadelphia, Chicago, and Brooklyn date. Going to be honest and say I am already pondering the second Philly show.
Confession. I saw Blood Brothers open for Coheed once. Mewithoutyou and dredg also opened that show. I don’t remember any of Blood Brothers.
I remember that tour. I had a friend who worked at Warner so we got comps and he was hating on them even though they were on the label. One of the best times was seeing them open for Glassjaw and American Nightmare in one night.
