This is the first message board I've ever been on, the only reason I joined is because I love Bonnaroo and wanted to read and talk about it all year long.
Welcome back Bonz, but I do not find it strange that your presence being requested in the Orgy thread and then you showing up, like it was the quacking Bonzai Bat Signal.
Here are some figures. A Friday for bustin' out the green ranger NoD, haha.
In all honesty I have never stumbled across legitimate figures on how much money bands make playing Bonnaroo. I think its a safe assumption that there is pay scale model that most major festivals follow. As mentioned earlier I'm sure that the respective festival organizers typically want to keep that information confidential, and for good reason.

I wanted the green ranger so bad for Christmas when I was 6. I had every other character, and even though it wasn't available in stores, my best friend gave all the kids in class a big lecture about how Santa could make any toy you wanted. He was going to ask for a laser-ray gun.
My parents tried explaining Santa couldn't find it, but I was certain he could make it.

I figure, with A.C.'s massive budget, they could still add The Power Rangers (including the green stoner ranger for NOD) thus reaffirming everyone's faith in the omnipotent powers of Santa.

This is one of the saddest stories I've ever heard
But on the topic of... the real topic.. I remember hearing the headliners get up to 1 mil (doubting thats the case with AF or WSP this year) and that the lower billed acts play mostly for free. There was a good article discussing this, but no way I'll be able to find it..
