And it's a good one! ;D
Lightning 100.1 called me today to tell me I'm the Grand Prize winner of a VIP contest I entered on facebook. Check it out:
Sunset Sessions Giveaway
Sunset Sessions is an annual “industry-only” event that showcases 30 to 40 emerging artists over a 3 day/night period. It takes place Feb 17-20 this year at the luxurious La Costa Resort & Spa in Carlsbad, CA. This will be the 14th annual Sunset Sessions. Normally open to only industry-insiders to expose them to the new artists that will be releasing new music during the coming year, this will be a very special opportunity for a Lightning 100 listener. Our winner will receive a luxury hotel room for them and a guest for the 3 nights and registration to Sunset Sessions, which will include the exclusive ability to see 30 to 40 artists perform in a very intimate setting over the course of the 3 days and nights, and meals provided at all the artist showcases each evening. There will be meet-and-greet and photo opportunities with the artists. It’s a great get-away from the dead of Nashville winter for any new-music fan. Their flight to-and-from the event will be complimentary. Last year’s event included the following artists who had new music released during 2010: Jason Mraz, One Eskimo, Alpha Rev, NeedtoBreathe, John Butler Trio, Maia Sharp w/Edwin McCain, Grace Potter, Bob Schneider, Salvador Santana, Landon Pigg, Nikki & Rich and more! Visit SunsetSessions.org to hear some of the live performances from previous years.

Well? Oh...and who would you be trying to get a pic with at the meet-n-greets?
We're all a mess of paradoxes. Believing in things we know can't be true. We walk around carrying feelings too complicated and contradictory to express. But when it all becomes too big, and words aren't enough to help get it all out, there's always music.
