So....... does anyone know if the VIP showers cost 7 clams like the GA ones? Or is it part of the VIP package?? /hate to hafta choose between a shower or a beer....
Nope, it's part of the package. All the showering and air-conditioned pottying you like. Last year they had tip jars for the bathroom attendants, though, so it's nice to do that.
One of the guys with us last year realy realy liked the free showers. He would shower 2-3 each day. He must have been the cleanest person on the farm.
Hey, nothing wrong with multiple showers. Generally, I shower every time I return to my camp and have a free 1/2 hour or so..... not only does it get the dust off, but it wakes me up and cools me down. Last year, I took a nice long shower while waiting for Kanye, and that fucker still went on way too late.
It always amazes me that no matter what the thread is about, in this case VIP Showers, somehow the whole Kanye fiasco manages to come up.
I think the Kanye mess should continue to be discussed. Those who ignore the past are doomed to repeat it. You never know when another "diva" may choose to make an appearance....! Man, I'll never get back the 3 hours I waited for that asshole.
I was not arguing whether or not it should come up but was simply making the observation that it appears that not matter how unrelated a topic is to the Kanye incident it still manages to be mentioned.
BTW... I am also still pissed at the whole Kanye thing as by the time he came on what I had taken had worn off. Of course it didn't help that he came on right after I had taken a shower and climbed into bed so the last thing I remember hearing that night is him on the main stage.
