Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
Got no love from MusicToday/Superfly - I sent off an email to bonnarootix@musictoday.com on friday evening (it was after their customer service was closed)
However I did get the hookup yesterday from an excellent inforoo member.
Just received a response to my email to bonnarootix@musictoday.com - they are sending all the missing info via First Class Mail. I assume anyone having issues could do the same - or probably get a quicker response by calling the Customer Support number on the musictoday envelope that your tickets came in.

So there was supposed to be an information packet with the tickets? Can someone please inform me on whats supposed to be in the packet? This is my first 'roo btw
It's just a paper with the basic rules on it essentially. You can read pretty much everything it says on the Bonnaroo website or one of the guides on Inforoo.
Edit: Sorry I'm a little slow, just now saw that the topic was VIP packet, not the standard page for Gen Adm tickets.

The VIP information pack provides directions to the VIP entrance which means you don't have to sit in the 5 mile line of traffic for hours with all of the general admission folks.
Also there is a variety of information on some of the VIP amenities.
Did not get mine. Only received letter sized envelope with tickets and vouchers. Three other couples in my group did not get it either. Big screw up. If this is your first roo, you really need to know how to get to high school.
I just got an email from Bonnaroo with all the same info that was in my packet. So those of you that didn't get a packet should keep an eye out for an email with the subject "Important VIP ticket info". It has all the info you need.
I just received the same e-mail. Anyone feeling nervous about not having received the packet or e-mail, PM me with your e-mail and I'd be happy to forward it to you.
bug512 was more than kind enough to send me scanned copies of the actual info pack - thanks again, Gene, for going to those lengths to help a friend in need!
I emailed bonnarootix@musictoday.com about not receiving the info packet and today I received the same email that a few others mentioned receiving.
I hope that they sent a blanket email to all of the VIP'ers and not just those of us who reached out.
It would appear that they have sent out a blanket email to all VIP ticket purchasers with the VIP info that shold have arrived with the tickets. We recieved the flyers with both sets of tickets my group ordered as well as recieving the email message.
the directions to the school are different in my packet than if I google map it (different exit off 24). the google way looks a bit shorter and quicker, but I suppose it's best to stick to the directions in the packet...I think the "secret vip way" is an effort to bypass the GA traffic via the shorter google route. /anyone?? Bueller???

Yep, I'd suggest using their directions if you're coming in on interstate. They close several exits Thursday, so the one you're looking at on Google may not even be open, or it may be one of the ones the GA's are supposed to use, thus a humongous line. I had no problems going the way the directions said last year (from Nashville).
We are very excited to welcome you to the eighth-annual Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival. We hope you enjoy your experience and the benefits included with your package.

An RV is defined as any vehicle larger either in length, width or height than a normal sixteen (16)-passenger van. All oversized vehicles, campers that are towed and busses are considered RVs.
If you need a VIP RV pass, visit www.bonnaroo.com for more information.
VIP Camping
VIP camping is located in a special centrally located area. Showers and bathrooms will be in the VIP Camping area for your convenience. Please refer to the map you are given onsite for location of this area.
VIP Viewing Areas

VIP Food Program
If you purchased the VIP food program, catered by the renowned TomKats Catering Group, your package also includes (1) VIP food program voucher per program purchased. Remember, VIP food program meal programs are sold per person - not in pairs, like your tickets.

Do not lose your VIP food laminate - lost VIP food laminates will not be replaced or refunded.

For those of you who purchased the VIP meal program, food will be served next door to the main hospitality area. The second VIP hospitality area is located at the main stage VIP viewing area (left facing the What stage). This area will feature beverage service, seating for What stage, VIP bathrooms, and will be open the same hours as the main venue. The third and newest VIP location will be in Centeroo and will be a respite to get out of the heat and relax. Please refer to the map you are given onsite for the exact location of these areas and exact hours of operation.

VIP Commemorative Package
Your VIP package contains one (1) Bonnaroo commemorative package voucher per VIP ticket. You will exchange your VIP commemorative package voucher at the VIP ambassador trailers in the VIP area. Exact location and times for pick-up will be notated on the map you will be given at check-in.

RECYCLING AND COMPOSTING
An event of this size produces almost a million pounds of waste! We hope you will help Clean Vibes, the trash and recycling crew on site, divert as much waste as possible from the landfill by separating your recyclables and compostables. Help Clean Vibes cultivate cleanliness and ensure that we as a community reduce the size of the ecological footprint of the festival.
PRE-ROO PACKING / TRAVEL TIPS
Carpool - The less stuff you stack, the more people you can pack!
Buy water in bulk and bring reusable bottles.
Buy food in bulk. Avoid bringing food that spoils easily and/or is individually wrapped. Plan ahead and only bring the amount of food you need so you do not waste a lot of excess food.
Think reusable before you buy disposable!
Bring bags for garbage AND recycling.
Avoid styrofoam coolers.
Smokers - bring an ashtray! Every butt you throw on the ground has to be picked up by someone.
Consider borrowing camping equipment before buying new.
If you have to buy new, then reuse or recycle the box before you arrive
on site.
Avoid bringing items that become unnecessary waste (sequins, silly string, confetti, balloons, packing peanuts, etc.).
CLEAN VIBES TRADING POST
Bonnaroo welcomes back the Clean Vibes Trading Post. Bring your cups, cans and bottles to the Trading Post or to any of the Campground PODs to redeem them for point vouchers. "Cash in" your vouchers at the Trading Post in Planet Roo for your choice of a variety of green gifts - from earth-friendly health and beauty products and sustainable clothing to autographed band merchandise and food vendor vouchers. The person who trades in the most recycling throughout the weekend will receive 2 tickets to next year's event!
