I am a 6'2" 275 lbs man and am currently looking on the best ways to lose weight. I am posting this in here since we are all one big 'Roo family and should not have to worry about smart remarks. Can someone tell me the best way to lose about 20 lbs before Bonnaroo please. About three to for years ago I was 220 and I can tell how much of a toll the wight has put on me since my first roo in '06. I just want to be healthy and not worn out by the end of the first day at Roo.
Join a gym that has classes...like step, pump, boot camp, etc...When I stopped playing ball after college I went from 220 to 260 in like 6 months. I kept the eating habits but forgot about all of the work that I put in. I joined a gym that had those things because they had that at a scheduled time. For me if I have a schedule I usually follow through, and find it harder to negotiate with myself if I have a plan.
