We are a group of people that create a large community of people at bonnaroo. We have all ages all types of people in our crew so no worries. I am Gabrielle from wisconsin :-*and the solorooers are amazing . We meet up at a super walmart the day of and we drive in to bonnaroo together. last year there was over 21 cars in our crew we had someone wait in line at the 5 mile marker for us and just being in like a few more joined us. We are a family bring what you have everyone shares food and such. we are amazing just check us out..
If you feel like joining go to the website and join. We then have information on all the solorooers that are going so you can chat with fellow solorooers that have gone in the past!!
I really think I want to go solo next year...Im not 100% happy with the group Im going with this year and it seems like it would be less stressful. But are you ever really solo at Roo?

SOLOROOERS have been around since the first bonnaroo.. Dr Phill(not the real one) has been around since the first roo and has formed the crew over the years more and more are coming. Our number always grows we are great think about it..
I went to Roo solo last year (well, sort of - when I was down there, I met up with a friend of mine from college and we hung out a good deal, but I camped alone and I travelled alone). I was surprised how easy it was to make good friends even when you're by yourself. I hung out with some of the coolest strangers all weekend last year!

OK I might not have explained myself right!! SOLOROOERS are a bonnaroo crew for all the people that are going with 1 or two others that want to be part of a community!! we chip in food water and tarps and make a SOLOROOERS community kitchen and sitting area!!! we are a big group thats filled w people from all ever the place!!
^^^er, thats a lot like inforoo... but it is a cool thing! and i like the site - looks like a great group! the communal aspect of pooling money and supplies is great - but wouldnt work for inforoo - we're too big.
and mods - this thread should not be on the hill...
