I HATE THIS BAND SO MUCH
for eating up all of my money and time this summer.
6/18: Phish in Hartford 6/25: Phish in Camden 7/2-7/4: Nateva 7/17: God Street Wine at Irving Plaza 7/23-7/25: String Cheese at Red Rocks!! 8/17-8/18: Phish at Jones Beach 9/3: Rush at PNC
This Bonnaroo lineup is in dire need of some Rush.
so quick question....the fact that Phish is trying to break their contract to play Rothbury(supposedly)....could that jeopardize them playing Bonnaroo??

there is no "fact that phish is trying to break their contract". just somebody stating rumors on internet message boards. show me some kind of evidence to this other than "so and so has an inside contact" or "my friend works for blah blah".
A) Rothbury has their headliners already, and Phish is too big for a festival that draws around 40K. B) Bonnaroo is now one of the biggest and most well-known festivals in the world. Phish is nothing if not business-savvy. Why on earth would they break their contract with Bonnaroo to go play Rothbury, for what would likely be less money, and less exposure/publicity?
C) Red Light Management, who helped establish the Bonnaroo festival, is also Phish’s new management company. Why would they burn bridges with their management by breaking or trying to get out of a contract?

just put in my request for Phish @ Phenway only tickets ive gone for other than Roo, hopefully i get them. ive been to Fenway a number of times but never for a concert, and my first Phish show there would be amazing.
Man I would really like to go to that Fenway show, unfortunately cant really afford it (or the time off of work.) It sucks that im only going to be seeing them at Roo this year, i'll probably wait til fall or next summer to check out some more shows. If they have that rumored Phish Fest in Texas i'll def. be there.
i look forward to seeing the boston roo'ers at phenway!
im going to dmb the night before, but im not sure how much i want them to collaborate. getting willie nelson on stage with them, however, i would be into that...
I was lying in a burned out basement With the full moon in my eyes. I was hoping for replacement When the sun burst thru the sky. There was a band playing in my head And I felt like getting high.

Ok so Dave coming out for them at Fenway would not be the greatest probably... but Tim Reynolds, who I'm fairly positive is touring with DMB now, I bet could add some ridiculous sounds to some of their tracks.
It may just be my small obsession with Tim Reynolds, but I think that would be pretty remarkable

^^I always seem to remember wrong with that and am always corrected by my DMB obsessed friend. I wanna say that no, he is not an official member of the band but is a settled touring member for now.
I very easily could be wrong though, so somebody correct me if that's the case
