Just went to Iclips.net expecting to see some video, only to find out there won't be any until tomorrow. Here's the comment I left:

Maybe not....while your are waiting...you can always re-watch some good stuff from last year....personally I am re-living the AWESOME Ben Harper set from VooDoo last year on iclips.....sigh.....I could watch this forever I think....oh and they have the Black Crowes set too! ;D ;D Know what I will be doing the rest of the night

my boyfriend & his friend met up with Josh ( chicojuarz) & Dana (almost certain) at the air port in Ft. Lauderdale and they all drove to rado together...
I talked to him around 2:30 I think and he said they were on their way and it was raining.. so hopefully the fest isn't too muddy already and they're having a lot of fun.
Dana called me back after I talked to him and told me she wishses I was there and that they would have a lot of fun for me and take a bunch of cool pics!
I wish I was at Langerado. Bonnaroo needs to get here soon!!!
I talked to wooz about 20 minutes ago during Beastie Boys (I got to listen for a minute!! :-) ) and he said they were having a blast!!
He did say there were torrential downpours eysterday, but did not mention the night shows. He said the weather was beautiful today and that it was still 80 degrees when we were talking.
Said they had a huge group of people camping together in 7 cars all in line.
He said they all wish we were there and I told him to have a blast!
I will probably talk to him agin tomorrow night and Ill let yall know what he says....

Last I have heard from my friend there that goodies are about double the price for what they are at Roo... Maybe the time of year has corn prices inflated?

I agree with south! Not so sure I am too bummed after all, especially with the storms....

The last two or three years, I don't think we got ANY rain this time of year. We have gotten some rain recently, but the ground is so dry, that it soak's in pretty quickly. It won't be anything like it is during the rainy season. Of course I still plan on covering myself in bug spray.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- So I just got back from my first (and officially last) day at Langerado this year (and ever). Well, not really a day. More like 1.25 hrs since it took over 1.5 hrs to go the last 2 miles to enter. The traffic plan and parking is an absolute joke.
1) To have all entering and exiting traffic use a 1 lane unpaved, bumpy, dirt road with 6 inch deep 2 feet wide potholes is unacceptable. Especially when there is a 2-lane paved road which is not being used by any vehicles. Unless you own an SUV be prepared to travel 5 mph on it and to possibly damage your car and/or alignment.
2) Restricting the aforementioned 1 lane unpaved road to only exiting traffic at 11 o'clock at night for over 1 hour, forcing entering to stop completely.
3) Forcing all entering and exiting day traffic to not only leave on the same aforementioned 1 lane unpaved road, BUT to have them exit out of the same exact car check/entrance area. In other words, cars that leave drive directly next to cars that are coming in right at the gate area.
Whoever thought of this traffic pattern needs to be thrown in the canal which separates the unused paved road and the 1 lane unpaved, stone-filled road. This is an absolute embarrassment and I can honestly say I will never ever be attending another Langerado festival ever. Which will be kind of sad because I have attended every one except 5.
Markham Park was 10000X better and more enjoyable. The traffic and parking planning for Big Cypress is absolutely terrible.

Apparently a piece of equipment was fried last night during the storm. We are awaiing the delivery of a replacement part, which will occur either tonight or tomorrow. Either way, we are taking steps to air footage tonight. Please stay tuned, and thank you all for your continued and limitless patience.
Storm my ass, I guarantee Inforoo at Langerado is behind this, and I have no fucking idea what gave them the idea my patience is continued or limitless.

I feel that coming on too, and it's strange because I have no certain reasons.
I think I was bitter that I couldn't go and have fun, but I hope my everyone who went is making the best of it.
