It wasn't a trip, he was in the advanced stages of Lyme Disease. His career was ended and almost died. The advance stages of Lyme Diesease is dillusions. This was really sad because many people assumed he was on drugs or roids or something and end the end it was this disease that he is still fighting with today.
Oh common clato, I remember his friends telling me he was tripping out at the roo. When you're connected to the Florida State University football program you have the whole town (doctors included) behind you to state whatever is needed as an excuse. To spare FSU of any horrible press of course....

Dont know what he did at roo but he has had a few psychotic breaks because of Lyme, he didnt return to footbal and does some spokesperson stuff for Lyme Disease. My brother has this and this is how we heard of him. Although I agree FSU, as most universities, spin stories the guy still has this problem.
