Wait. Was there any sort of clause in your media/photo pass that allows NC to rip you off?
I take it all back. You're screwed.
Nope. After getting an email informing me my media application had been approved, I flew all the way to Chicago only to be handed a GA ticket and a "Have Fun". They did not give me a photo pass to access the pits therefor I signed no legal documents.
Also, an e-mail was sent yesterday to both the publicist to React Presents and Heineken's legal department. I have heard back from both parties as they investigate. React Presents said that there was no malicious intent and that they could not confirm the photo used was indeed mine. They also removed the photo from their social media accounts. Heineken's legal department let me know they are in contact with North Coast and would keep my informed.
Juggs is right, legally this is a pretty petty case and I likely would not pursue it much further. However, ethically this is pretty shameful and North Coast knows that and Heineken is clearly not happy with them.
And no, photos uploaded to Facebook and Instagram are not public domain.
In their defense, it was probably some unpaid intern cutting corners.

And if you consume alcohol at the same time, the negative impact is halved again because the saturated fat is too drunk to find its way to your arteries.
Mind. Blown. Guess I should stop my "one bottle of wine a week unless it is a festival!" rule. Thank god. Because I drank my bottle of wine on Monday this week. Weekend here I come ;-)
Nevermind. My rule stands. There is nothing worse than going back through all of your stuff from the night before to determine how dumb you acted.
We're all a mess of paradoxes. Believing in things we know can't be true. We walk around carrying feelings too complicated and contradictory to express. But when it all becomes too big, and words aren't enough to help get it all out, there's always music.

Cannot count the number of times I've had to do that.
I've been dealing with a persistent headache since Monday. Its basically like having a hangover that never goes away and its miserable. Fortunately Advil keeps it largely at bay (taking no more than 4 a day and drinking lots of water to keep kidneys happy), but I'm getting nervous since I've never had any sort of headache last this long. I did an upper-body workout the previous Saturday although it was hardly intense. No other symptoms fortunately so hopefully its just musculoskeletal in nature and will go away with a little more time.
I've still got an appointment with a neurologist in case this stems from my bike accident in 2012. The human body is a jerk sometimes.

Good call on the dr visit. Headaches shouldn't last six days. Hope it's something minor causing it.

Sorry to hear this! Hope it is something simple. Good vibes!
