my nose started running yesterday and hasnt quit! this morning my throat was sore as hell and now i can quit coughing. this sux! oh well at least it held off till i got back. i have gotten mono after every roo i have been to. i guess my body just hates the abuse. hopefully this cold will be the extent of it and i wont have to suffer thorugh mono for a month. but i doubt it seeing as how i was partying even harder this year. oh well its more then worth it
so its not just me? i started feeling like shiz on the way home, dont know how i made it back. since ive had a runny nose and a bad cough, i THINK im starting to get better though. been taking my vitamins.
It's because of all the dust. Our sinsuses (screw spelling!) are now draining. When I came home my girlfriend wanted to know how many cartons of cigs I smoked, my voice was that raw. I for one missed the rain this year. I like the mud!

i was sick the week and a half before roo. i was worried i would be sick at roo, but it went away on Wed., so that was good. the only problem was at night when it would get cold my nose would start to feel funny again. i am okay now and hope that everyone else feels better soon.
i smoked like a chimney - just about a carton of cigs (yeah, didn't manage to quit pre-roo), and probably a little more than 1/8th - over the course of the weekend, and my lungs were not very pleased, but as of today things seem to be on the upswing.
and since i've got chronically blocked sinuses, the dust probably didn't affect me as badly as it could have...

I had to take the first two days off of work after returning from Bonnaroo... I never call in sick so I am sure that the people I work with thought I was faking just to relax after vacation... until I came into work yesterday basically coughing up a lung.
Only ailment i took away from Bonnaroo was a hoarse voice, and even THAT wasn't a sickness. I got that Friday night from trying to tell Stevie Nicks that I loved her from a quarter mile away. My voice still sounds a bit shaky, but it's on the mend.
I still sound like I'm coughing up a lung, but at least it's happening less often. On the plus side, I sounded so pitiful that I had two professors send me home from class this week. (I don't think I've been sent home sick from school since mid-school.) That worked out great considering I hadn't had enough time to prepare for any of my classes anyway.
