1) Phil and Friends as rumored on Phil Zone Phil Lesh- Bass, Vocals Bob Weir- Vocals, Rythm Guitar Trey Anastasio- Lead Guitar, Vocals John Molo- Drums Steve Winwood- Keyboards
Special Guest Warren Haynes Mule is there so why not?
All I want is Tom Waits. Give me Tom Waits. David Byrne would be nice, too. Arcade Fire's new album kind of gets on my nerve, so I wouldn't be disappointed if they weren't added. I could also really dig on some Bonnie Prince Billy to play some with Tortoise.
*i like coconuts, you can break them open they smell like ladies lyin in the sun** *Hell I don't even know where I am** *for now I must sit here and ponder the yonder: The herbivores did well cause their food didn't never run** *We listen, if it feels good We shake** *You made a big impression for a girl of your size, Now I can't get by without you and your big brown eyes.**
how often do they do it, i know there is another thread somewhere else, but all the attention is over here right now... so is it like every week after today? or is it randomed?

The Mars Volta (seriously this is the best possible band to put right before or after TOOL) MMJ (they better be there) Modest Mouse (New album, and Johnny Marr is in the band now) Sigur Ros (working on new album, and the show would be sick) TV on the Radio (Huge year for them)

Agreed, gotta give a little NY karma too.
Im HOPING they announce Tom Waits as one of the big artists in the 2nd additions, but I dont think its going to happen. Heres my list.
The Mars Volta Primus (Possibly debut new songs at Roo. Not a rumor, just an opinion) MMJ Trey Anastasio in some capacity Andrew Bird MMW The Shins Seu Jorge Deerhoof
I was born in the back seat of a Yellow Cab in a hospital loading zone and with the meter still running. I emerged needing a shave and shouted 'Time Square, and step on it!

I think the next major announcement will occur right around ticket sales a la Oysterhead last year. My guess is that it will be an act of the Dylan variety. That is to say, like Oysterhead last year, I think AC/Superfly might very well be witholding a major act that's already been rumored in order to surge interest and excite fans further.
I was a little surprised that Nickel Creek wasn't on that list. If they were added it would make me pretty excited, yeah. Last year wasn't it Umphrey's right before and then pretty quickly Oysterhead and Les came on? I'm guessing that out of Primus/Bob Dylan/MMJ at least one will get added, and very possibly two or even three.
^^I agree. I think MMJ might be a little further down the road announcement wise, but Dylan or Primus definitely have the stature to merit that kind of preliminary ticket sale announcement. The Black Crowes and Tom Waits are a couple of other rumored acts that come to mind as well. And given the hard rock slant the festival's already taken, I don't think those Queens of the Stone Age rumors were that far off.
Quote: In an intriguing twist, news of the 2007 lineup of acts was posted to the official Bonnaroo website yesterday but was inexplicably taken down. The info is back up on the website now, along with the announcement that full ticketing details and listings of additional acts will be made available sometime today, so keep hitting the “refresh” button on your browsers.
My top 10 wishlist (at the moment): 1. Tom Waits 2. Bob Dylan 3. The Roots (I want one wish fulfilled) 4. MMJ (Cause I missed them last year) 5. Crippled Black Phoenix (Mogwai/Portishead supergroup) 6. Modest Mouse 7. Al Green 8. Bonnie 'Prince' Billy 9. Arcade Fire 10. Patti Smith
