Dummy versus OK Computer is so personally offensive, but OK Computer is like a top 3 all time album for me and maybe the most formative and impactful album of my teenage years.

Now that I think about it… Jagged Little Pill > It Was Written Illmatic > Dookie
Dookie is a great record. I'm not the biggest Nas fan honestly, I don't think he handled his career super well post Illmatic. But if Illmatic was just the song "NY State of Mind" it would still be musically more important than anything on Dookie.
