Well I didn't get GA for Bright Eyes at Forrest Hills but then decided that's not so bad. Sometimes the standing room there can be annoying or draining. I did snag a ticket in the 401 section in the second row so I'll be content not trying to save my spot and deal with being shorter than people in front of me lol.
Actually, looking at the virtual seating chart it looks like row b is the first row in 401. Awesome.
IS there a reason PEarl Jam plays baseball stadiums in other cities but in the city with the largest population they only are playing the one arena which generally has very few tickets available to the general public. All MSG shows have multiple corporations/ticket holders/brokers with their hands in it, moreso than other arenas. Unless they're planning to come back to the area later in the year, just seems like a strange booking since they always do 2 nights in the area. I understand that MSG may not always be available for two nights but they seem to be leaving a lot of money on the table as well as fans out by only doing one night there.
cool, only 19K people ahead of me for Pearl Jam tickets
Shut out of the fan club lottery, shut out of verified fan, denied in general onsale.
this is why I have the unpopular take that being allowed to resell tickets is good. Same happened to me in baltimore, completely shut out of going to see a band I've never seen

Not only that, but there’s no Boston, Philly, or Hartford show, or anywhere east of Nashville except for NYC and Baltimore. For a band with a hugely passionate fan base that will travel, it’s such a stupid tour itinerary. Meanwhile, there are FIVE California dates, including two each in L.A. and Oakland.
So irate about this. Supposedly, there’s a second US leg coming in the fall after they get back from summering in Europe, but I don’t anticipate those tickets being any easier to get. Argh.

Looks like they're exclusively playing arenas this round. Perhaps they'll come back in the fall?
If you were an avid listener of 92.3 K-rock in the early 00's, you will be happy to know that Disturbed is doing a 20th anniversary tour of The Sickness hitting Jones Beach in August with special guest Staind!

THIS IS THE BEST NEWS. All other news is canceled.
If I am somehow able to swing a Pearl Jam ticket, that week could end up being totally bonkers, considering I also have Thom Yorke at Hammerstein on 3/31.

Don't you dare put that possibility out into the universe! Haha I hate Barclays so much.
Any reason why? Usually an easier ticket experience vs. MSG and they tend to do a full GA floor as opposed to MSG which only does the front section.
I hate how steep the upper section is if you get stuck sitting up there. Also it's such a hike from anywhere outside of Brooklyn, and the subways are always a clusterfuck getting out of those shows.
Also the date 9/17 has been floating around. No word on if it's MSG or Barclays, though.

I recommend entering the subway at the D-N-R entrance by PC Richards and Sons. It's a slightly longer walk from the venue but is usually less congested than the main entrance directly across the street. Unless it's a song I"m dying to see, I also jet out mid last song to avoid that big rush but, again, I'm usually only going 2 stops so I can understand the annoyance. I also make it so I'm never in the upper sections but, yeah, those DO seem steep.

Man, after the shitstorm that was acquiring TOOL tickets and last week's Pearl Jam debacle, I have to say that it's weirdly relaxing to see a major arena show announced that I don't particularly have any interest in.
Best of luck to y'all, though. I'm sure this is going to be a tough get.
