Eh, really not sure what to think about them. The never lead OSU or Michigan in regulation, and none of their other victories have been particularly impressive. They keep winning, so they deserve a go at the playoffs, but it seems like their luck is gonna run out.
I hate to make a point in analyst speak but you have to watch out for teams that find a way to win. Don't forget that both Michigan and Ohio State were away games and Ohio State was with Cook injured. I agree with you that they're not amazing on paper though.
I saw today that offsides on a kick is actually a reviewable play. Very nice.
It appears South Carolina is actually hiring Muschamp. Insert "we suck again" gif here.
This sounds oddly familiar... Oh ya, you made fun of Sang last year for using the same logic

More like a team that can't even find a way to lose. Until someone beats them they're the best. Miss St will lose a game or 2 anyway.
1) I abandon all logic and thought process in order to shit talk Sang. Everyone should know that by now. 2) That was in regards to ranking order. I would venture that Michigan State should have stayed at #4. That doesn't change the fact that they're still a team to look out for in the playoff. Don't be made just because they beat Harbaugh.

Michigan beat themselves. You Tennessee fans know all about that.

Yes. I am pretty sure we're submitting a patent on it this offseason.

There's no reason MacKenzie Alexander shouldn't be on this list. He is a shut down corner. We put him on the other team's top wr and they get nothing.

Mackensie*
Alexander 21 total tackles 0 interceptions 4 passes defended Lewis 49 total tackles 2 interceptions 1 touchdown 19 passes defended 1 forced fumble King 67 total tackles 8 interceptions 1 touchdown 12 passes defended Sanchez 44 total tackles 6 interceptions 1 touchdown 7 passes defended Ramsey 43 total tackles 0 interceptions 9 passes defended
Fuck stats. There's no reason!
You're smarter than this. The reason is he's so good they don't throw his way. If there is a stat for how many passes have completed against him I'd wager it's like 2 or less per game. 2nd team all American wr Will Fuller caught one ball while being guarded by Alexander.
I need someone to pinch me or maybe punch me in the face, because I still cannot believe this all is happening. Became a Clemson fan as soon as I moved into my dorm freshman year, which was right across the street from the stadium, back in 1994. I've been a fan through the highs and lows. I have lived no more than 10 miles from campus since getting out of school. I feel like I am dreaming, and I don't want to wake up.

And we begin the self-fulfilling logic spiral that you operate in within your fandom.

My fandom draws my attention to it. It doesn't make me wrong. All you have to do is watch the games. They don't throw at him.
Posted to make Sang go nuts over two things, the comment about Alexander at CB and the first team WRs...
People think I'm making things up. I know what I'm talking about sometimes. I don't know anything about the VT wr, doubt he's better than Scott, but I guess I can't say.

So him being the second best CB in the ACC behind the guy who was in the 4 spot on the All-American list means he should be on the All-American list?

Who said he's second best? That page says he's the best lock down corner in the ACC. That's over the guy that gets all the accolades that's on the All-American team.

He's the second name list. That generally means he's the second best. If you look at the rest of the list, it seems pretty obvious that there is an order to the way they are listed. The most striking examples would be at the Safety, Running Back, and Defensive End positions. If you want to get specific to the CB position, the guy from Florida State who is listed above Alexander "locked down his side of the field", so it's not like they said he did nothing.

The fact that they say he's the best means they think he's the best, no? No doubt Ramsey is great too.
