yeah. quack them and IU for making my pickem look ugly early. Glad VTech wasn't on there this week or I'd have bungled that one too.
This guy gets it. My afternoon went "Look at UVA. I always like an upset. Wait. Wasn't this a pick 'em game? How many confidence points did I put on these fuckers? 6? Fuck!" *table flip*
this isnt comparable to the uga-clemson game. sc is f*cking on ugas secondary this sh*t is hard to watch. going to need a big half.
If you look at the numbers it's almost exactly the same. Clemson had over 300 yds in the first half. Uga has hurt themselves with penalties and they don't have a kor for a td, that's the difference.
preseason i was expecting 1-1 after clemson/sc but jesus f*cking christ to lose like that is georgia football/atlanta sports in a nutshell. f*ck my life.

Worley has looked good. Except for a few big plays the d has looked good. The team hasn't hung its head, which is more than you can say for a dooley team.
Doesnt need to have any brains. And of course FSU would only suspend him for a half. Wouldnt want to lose the game just to set an example or how students (especially those deemed as "leaders") should conduct themselves.

Really it's pretty genius by FSU. The second half comeback will be his Heisman Moment
Well, that Auburn-K State game went exactly how I thought it would..... /sarcasm
Seriously. It was ugly. Glad we came out with the W but wow was it ugly. On both sides of the ball, for both teams.
K State made sooo many mistakes. They easily could've dominated if they didn't give the ball away and could capitalize in the red zone.
I thought Auburn's run defense looked pretty good but our secondary needs work. Quickly. And there were a few rough drops from our receivers. Nick easily could have had over 300 yards passing which is insane. Hard to complain about the passing game though when you end the game on such a sweet first down.
Final talking point: did Trovon Reed have dreads last year? I don't remember him having dreads.

I feel like the game came down to three things:
1. Auburn's ability to covert 3rd down in the 2nd half. (Started 0-5, then went 10-13 the rest of the way).
2. Missed opportunities by both teams on offense/special teams. For KSU: Missed FG's, turnovers. For Auburn: Dropped/overthrown passes, giving up big yards on punt returns.
3. Lack of a rushing game by K-State.
Either way, it was an ugly game. Yes, K-State missed a lot of FG's and the pass for the TD left 16 points on the board, but if Auburn catches those passes, you can also say Auburn should have won the game by 3 TD's. It was a tough game that will make both teams better in the long run.
And I do think this is the first year for the Reed dreads.
The thing going forward is what will we do while if Whitehead is out for longer than through next week. He is our QB on defense essentially....
