Camp Penny! Near 4 tall skinny flags and a spongebob balloon. Not a bad placement, right up 3rd street from the entrance but that didn't stop us gettin lost a few times.

Yeah, Woodland was off the hook. I think it's because they put all the crazies who show up early way back there. I think I was in Aqua Man, or something. Second one from the back on the left side of Woodland. Right behind the last row of porta-johns with the campers.
What was up with making everything close camping only? There was 80 feet between some of those tents! And they packed us in like sardines all the way in the back, as punishment for getting in line at the right time...
We were in Camp Ma Mutt , WAY in the back. It was a small little field surrounded on four sided by trees. Cool little area, but our walk to the stages was between 30 and 45 minutes every time! Plus, not enough port-o-poties- and food/ice. Ridiculous. We left home in Nashville early Friday morning expecting a quick little trip and it turned into a long wait. Luckily, though, we flagged down a cop and he told us about the back entrance, so we took some windy country road and found ourselves with no line to get in. What we didn't know was that we were so far from everything. Definetely going on Thursday next year. Even with all the people and the long walk, we had a great time, though.

We were in Camp Chilly Willy. We could hear the music from the main stage wonderfully.
Hey HookMeUpDMB, I was in Camp Chilly Willy too! Camped right near a dead flag (though, who wasn't?), and a black flag that said "Here" and had an arrow pointing at the ground.

pe pe le pew we had a flag that helped us find our way most of the time, but the corona bottle, the pink donut, the parrot, and the blow up incredible hulk proved to be invaluable to our ventures home after wandering the roo.
Back in SnagglePuss. Right next to Drugs. Had a blast over there. Sorry bout your tent.
Wasn't your fault, I did find the steaks that got ripped out the ground though. After looking at the way I had it set up it was my fault, in trying to kkep rain from blowing into the tent the wind got under it and yanked it out the ground. I should of known better. It all turned out good, I had a blast dispite the rain and now have 8 rolls of film to look at. Here's to Roo 05.
It looks like I was the only one in camp Brutus, a nice little slice of alfalfa field, cool people....way the hell out-30min walk straight up 6th to Centeroo
camp road runner here...couldn't have asked for anything better! after being in the boonies the first 2 years i guess roo 3 was our turn to have it so good. we were literally a 45 second walk from the centeroo entrance, and right behind the general store. it definatly wasn't the place for those wanting to get any sleep...we didn't really plan on sleeping much from the begining so that wasnt a problem for our group.
on friday night we started telling people passing our tent we had free stuff if you stopped by and offered words of wisdom or a good joke. the 'free stuff' was just pipe cleaners...but we met ALOT of awesome people and heard many many crazy stories.

Camp Cheetara -- a hike, but right by rear entrance to New Bush Branch 1/2 hour to get in Friday, and out in Zero sunday night.
Right next to Nitrous Moron, who vended all night Friday; oddly their tank was left open that night & they were all out of N20 Saturday. Now I wonder who did that??

I was the donut near the corona bottle, but it was puke green...not pink. I guess I did have a red glo-stick on it Fri nite though.
Camp Dr. Claw here. 40 steps from the center of Shakedown. Plenty to do there.........ummmm......I did plenty. We were 5 minute walk from all the stages and I did not have to get up from my seat at camp to get anything I could ever have wanted. Kind of like hippy room service...........Who's got my boomers?.....1....2...right here brah!!!! We flew our Blow up Doll BonnaLucy and had no problems stumbling back to our sight. I could not beleive the camps way out on the other side of New Brushy Rd. I would have carried all my crap to tent only parking if I ended up out there. We got there at 3am Thursday morning and drove right to the front with no wait. Swwweeeetttt!
The folks in the "tent only" are Sunday morning seemed none too happy at the hordes tromping through their camping areas, Timochee -- I was plenty happy in the Boonies on the other side of New Bushy Branch (going back down to the area this friday -- will report on the Manchester damage!)

damage isn't too bad... they've got the daily garbage patrol going on... bit by bit it's cleaning up. if you're coming down shoot me a pm, maybe we could hit up a local eatery =]
was anyone camped in the corner area of shedd road and new bushy branch? it would've been the far right side of the map, towards the top ( i think) you may have noticed the neighborhood across the way... thats where i live.
