If you like the black crowes and you can stand the heat from his mid day set then you may like Gov't Mule, saw him at Hangout and he plays good southern rock...btw seeing the black crowes at Wakarusa and I'm stoked!

Yeah, I know where you're coming from, never been cynical though, at worst, clueless. Had a moment of clarity a few days ago where I realized that other than the throwback shows I was going to see no matter what (Idol, ZZ Top, Petty, ...) there wasn't a whole lot I was jazzed about other than the odd Alt-J and A-Trak. So I figured I'd ask the most musically knowledgeable friends I know (that would be you guys/girls) for advice. So far, you haven't let me down.

ah yes, fatigue and Evan Williams getting the best of me there. I only meant to imply there is so much to discover, just start digging! every single one of us in attendance could tell you what we think you should see.... but in the end, it who YOU like. go through the list, use youtube, and research. there's gold in them there hills!
