How are you handling the time in between Waka and the Roo? I wish it were only a week . cr****
Luckily (or not so luckily) I have a bunch of work for school to do during the summer so I'm going to be working on that in between waka and roo...also I'm volunteering at Roo so I have to be there a little bit earlier, which helps with the waiting..other than that I will just be adventuring around outdoors and whatnot until Roo comes!
from ohio and not hitting up gentlemen of the road in Troy?!
I didn't get tickets in time. It's like they were gone before I knew it was coming. I saw Mumford last year in Columbus though and the year before that at Roo and likely this year. I'll see Edward sharpe. So, it's not a huge loss. :-) edit: typo, I was trying out the proboards app.
we may have an extra ticket, so i may have to help a fellow inforooian out!
I'm celebrating my home state this year... after Roo, I'll be making a homecoming to Raleigh for Hopscotch (and to visit family), then I'll be headed back to Asheville for Mountain Oasis (still sad I can't just say Moog anymore).
Edit- I thought I'd also add the local fests I'm hittin up... Bele Chere (35th anniversary!), and Cashiers Mountain Music Fest... Also thinking about Merlefest at the end of the month.
