I'm not sure Virginia has a regional delicacy. Tobacco and ham wouldn't go over too terribly though I don't believe. Regardless, I'll be at brunch again this year, and talk to more than a dozen people.
Bunny, I think we should make it a rule that anyone coming from Wisconsin must bring Cheese curds...... I think Jho would agree.......
Speaking of the beloved curd does anyone know a place that ships without charging a fortune? Would love to surprise hubby for his birthday next week.
I don't know how much they charge for shipping but their prices are reasonable and their cheese is wonderful. Someone I work with sent me a box from them. The jalepeno cheese is amazing. www.zimmermancheese.com/Retail_Cheese.html
Oh my lord. I'm going to spend the next two months figuring out how to do this.
Looks like they used a drimmel tool to me.
The Dremel tool looks slightly too big (or at least most of the heads I've seen on them). From the tips and instructions I've seen -- the plan is an Exact-o knife. Good for me, because I'm already relatively proficient with one for other art projects. I'm going to buy multiple apples next time I head to market.
[I will also be bringing extra elements to perfect the usefulness of these apples)
