I saw Sponge at a Chicago street festival about two years ago, it was maybe the most pathetic show I have ever seen. I saw them twice in the 90's in their prime, I have to say they are far removed from those days. Based on the last time I saw them I'd say it would be a wasted slot, no matter what stage or time they were playing.
