Also we were in the very back of Flogging Molly and a guy behind me tapped me and said " Hey dude Im going up!!" Im a small guy so I said " Ok but ill need help he tapped the people around me and 90% of them said hell no. Except for one random dude behind me grabbed him and hoisted him up and he climbed over everyone yelling " quacking pandas!!!" Definitely the strangest bonnaroo vibe ive seen in awhile.

It wasn't something I heard, but something I read on the wall art that had me in stitches. Did anyone else see the "Put a baby in Oprah" on the graffiti wall. I have no idea why that was so funny, but I am still laughing about it.

Friday night our buddy dressed in his Batman costume and several people came up to get their pictures with him. After about an hour of us calling him Batman and kidding him a bit, he got a serious look on his face, looked us right in the eye and said: "seriously though guys, I'm not really Batman." We thanked him for clarifying that.
Anyone else here the older guy in access camping welcoming folks to his party and we're going to party allllll nighhhhhhhht looooonnnnnng. Where you from? I'm from right chere.
I definitely had a good laugh when everyone going from What to Which after RHCP started mooing like cows. I laughed even harder when people would push by saying "we're just trying to go over there" pointing toward the what-which bottleneck....where EVERYONE is trying to get to! We even had a pack of girls going "to the right" aka turning toward the wall before the vendors. I figure they realized that was certainly no way out.
In my deliriousness late at night Saturday and Sunday I'd loudly pronounce "I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE RADIOHEEEAD" or "WHEN'S VAN HALEN PLAYING??" if only to entertain myself.
I also saw a couple making out to the point to where I thought they were about to get it on right in front of everyone during The Shins.
I'm pretty sure you were standing next to me, cause I saw the same couple.
Yeah, that was probably me you heard. I'm pretty bad with keeping up with groups or walking around taking everything in. I'm at Bonnaroo strictly to see the music. Sorry folks.
Also, it wasn't something I heard, but something I saw. And what I saw was by far the most bizarre thing I've ever seen in the six years I've gone to Bonnaroo. Leaving That Tent after Flying Lotus I hang a left at the vendors and head towards the arch. As I turn I see two guys jumping and dancing to the music all around towards the arch as well. One of the guys keeps on jumping and dancing towards the arch where the other guy stops and starts pounding on the ground like an ape. After a few seconds this guy sees his friend getting ahead of him, so instead of getting up and catching up with him, he continues on all fours like an ape and literally SPRINTS after him. Like as if he turned into an ape and starting sprinting on all fours. Everyone who witnessed it looked at each other and were like, "What The F*CK?!"
I remember during Flogging Molly my friend sprayed this one guy with our spray mister we had, and the guy got mad ( who would of thought someone would get mad at you for cooling them off?)
so we would always shout randomly "DON'T SPRAY THAT GUY!"
Also during after radiohead as I'm spinning off into my own world I ask my buddy what time it is
and he says: " Twelve Five Four" ( you had to be there haha)
And Finally at the jive joint after phish this guy tripping hard looked at me and my friend and
shouted : " WHat The Quack ! It's Thor and his brother Loki" ( I guess if you have long blonde hair you are thor haha)
Person 1: "Omg!!! Look how full the moon is!" Person 2: "Dude, that's the POD balloon!"
Oh and this one was priceless to me too, also heard on several occasions:
Naive First-timer 1: "Mannnn it's sooo hot! The weather here is terrible. I dont know if I can take it." Naive First-timer 2: "Yeah this must be the worst Bonnaroo heat wise, I don't know about next year."
The first one may have been me. I definitely yelled out how large the moon was, till I realized the moon doesn't have a "3" and cross on it Though I'm pretty sure my gf wouldn't have called me "dude".
I was actually on the opposite end of this conversation. While on lockdown at Pod 1 waiting to move up to TO (where my other refugees at?!) my boyfriend pointed at what was actually the moon and commented on how big it was. I said no... that's the Pod balloon being inflated, silly. That is until it rose of the tree line. I stood corrected
Did anyone see "Trip Face. Don't Eat it." spray painted on a wall? I laughed about that and I even came home and told people in the real world about it.
The best was during Bon Iver: My friends and I moved up to the front for Phish and we're just being obnoxious and giddy. Hipster Girl 1: "Oh my God, they're ruining the moment." Hipster Girl 2: "These jam kids are so obnoxious!" We laughed for a long time about that.
I was walking out of the pit for Dispatch and rushing to get to the chili peppers, it was difficult to get by cuz there was already a line forming for the skrillex pit, I said, not really to anyone just in general so people around me could hear, "you are really missing the chili peppers to wait in line for skrillex?" (don't get me wrong I like dubstep and skrillex puts on a great show but I don't see the point of standing in the pit to watch someone dj) A girl replied to me, Who are the red hot chili peppers? is that another dubstep dj?" #tooyoungforroo

She was sitting in a chair, facing an E-Z up that had tie dye sheets used to block the sun. Of course she was seeing colors.
Three years ago, my neighbor was tripping during the day and disappeared into the woods for a looong time (we were in Pod 1). When he finally came back, we asked him where he was. There were disagreements about what his response was. I thought he said that he was in Narnia. Others thought he said that he was watching Nirvana. Either would have been a solid answer, however.

We camped next to a very fun crowd in Pod 2. One night they were explaining their adventures on a plethora of pharmaceuticals. One of the girls remarked that she "had gas so bad but was terrified to fart" because she was positive she would diarrhea in her pants, as she so eloquently put it
Another guy in their group was trying to check the weather Saturday afternoon on his iPhone. He was asking Siri all kinds of questions but I didn't hear anything before he said, "Siri, you're supposed to answer us when we ask you questions!" followed by, "Siri, what's the meaning to life?"
My husband and I found ourselves rarely talking at camp - it was more fun to listen in on our neighbor's, not so sober, conversations LOL
