Well, I'm pissed I didn't get first tier and Im not going next year. Said I would go every year until I die but not now. Going to try out different fests next summer for cheaper.
Well frank you do realize that whole first tier is a teaser to get the masses to compete for the cheaper ticket, which in turns makes Bonnaroo look like a happenin stud, which inturn begins to convert the doubters and refuels the second round rush for tickets, then they will see the tickets sales tappering off and then voila ANNOUNCEMENTS ( not saying they wont make any announcements before then) then the reainder of the 80,000 fo rfull capacity!!!! Last year they sold out the day of opening....I would presume they would like to get the lock earlier than that so they can fully concentrate on operation(s) at that stage of the game.
i think bonnaroo will sell out just from its momentum.. the general awareness of it has grown and grown, now it's pretty fricken huge. they could sell out with justin timberlake and mariah carey headlining at this point. just imo, of course, but they do not need led zeppelin to sell out.
besides, they sell out when they say they sell out...
no they do not "need" zep to sell out but roo' has done phenomanal putting on one of the greatest shows on year in year out. It disapoints me that roo'ers would have this much doubt at this point. jusy about every other fest is trying to roos thunder.

when do you think it will sell out? in the past it has always sold out within 2 weeks of the festival. but the way things are going now, it could be sold out in 2 weeks. i need to wait at least a couple more weeks. with as quick as tickets are going, a lot of people must really think led zeppelin will be there, but they won't, or they must think this is the best lineup bonnaroo's ever had, which it isn't, probably the worst lineup. there sure are a lot of suckers.
As my Inebriated buddy walks out of the Porto, he yells out, "Dude...I love this place...bonnaroo thinks about everything...they even put beer holders next to the toilet!"
Had to break it to him that that was the urnal. Good times good times!

Ok help me out here rooers!
Why does it seem like Bonnaroo went by the central time which looks to be an hour behinf eastern time. If thats the case did they mis-state the whole eastern time thing thus giving the central ticket buyers a jump on everyone else????
I mean sure one could say hey slappy! when it was 12:00 eastern it was 11:00 in georgia so it was eastern. Im just askin because I didnt even know georgia was an hour behind was never good at the whole Zone time thing.
Glad I dont live in TN and work in georgia!! I d have to get up what? two hrs early to be on time?
buggin
uhhhhh
i live in texas, and they definitely didn't start selling tickets until 11am here. which would make it 12pm eastern time.
i'm not really sure what your rant is about. we definitely didn't get a jump on anything...i got second tier at 11:03!
