My name is Sean Berry. I am looking for anyone who lives in the Western Pennsylvania area or around Harrisburg Pennsylvania who would have anyways for me getting a way to the Festival this year. I've never been there before but I've seen videos of the festival ever since I was in high school and I've always wanted to go. I've seen the lineup this year, and I would hate to miss so many great musicians that I love so much. Price is no issue. I just want the feeling of being guaranteed a ticket without worrying about a timeline because my work starts in May but by then tickets may be sold out. If anyone has any means of helping me out I would greatly appreciate it.
I just got off the phone with music today about my ticket order. They said that my tickets had actually gone through, and that i didn't need to order them again. Anyone that is questioning the status of their tickets should really call them. It took me less than five minutes to get through and figure it all out.

My friend got an email (I did not) from them - here is a small part of it:
Due to the serious technical problems experienced by our ticketing system, your order was caught short in the processing cycle. We are very sorry for the inconvenience and we wish to give you the opportunity to purchase your tickets before the new Bonnaroo on-sale is launched this coming Saturday. We have increased the allotment of Price Level 4 tickets in order to accommodate your purchase at that price level. In the next 24 to 48 hours you will receive an access code that will allow you to purchase 2 (two) tickets at the Price Level 4 price of $244.50 (plus applicable fees). You will have till Friday, February 24th at 5:00PM EST to complete your order.
i emaied bonnaroo about this. waiting for a response
Thank you punz. This is bs. They should've known dropping a line up that stacked after last years insanity (not complaining. It was easily the best weekend of my life.) that this year was gonna b bigger than ever and should've prepped for it
they are 'making an announcement via newsletter later today'.

I would volunteer with Bearly Edible or WET at this point then.

That's great for people that got the email, but what about the rest of us? I had tier 3 tickets in my cart, but their site took so long that I timed out before I got to the payment screen (15 minutes passed). So I get screwed out of tier 3...ok...so I try again and again to get to tier 4 and get as far as the payment screen (but didn't get my information put in before it timed out again) and then the site competely died...If MusicToday's system worked I would have paid Tier 3 prices...but it didn't and now I'm going to waste more of my time ordering tickets on Saturday at Tier 5 prices after wasting 3 hours last weekend for nothing. I love Bonnaroo, but with all the decisions and mishaps lately I'm thinking hard about getting a ticket on Saturday. It may be time to explore All Good or Electric Forest.
If Bonnaroo wanted to do right by it's festival go'ers they would make tier 4 tickets available for 2 or 3 hours on Saturday. That way we don't feel like we're getting the wook shaft.
I got through on the 1st day of sales, and everything went fine, though slow. Saw the withdrawal from my bank account, got no email apologies from musictoday... So, I think I'm good to go. I requested postal delivery via United States Postal Service (USPS) because it's the cheapest method by a few dollars. Now, it looks like the USPS is going to be closing a lot of processing centers, and are putting in place more security patrols in anticipation of sabotage by disgruntled employees. Nothing's sacred.

I was lying in a burned out basement With the full moon in my eyes. I was hoping for replacement When the sun burst thru the sky. There was a band playing in my head And I felt like getting high.
