It's pretty good! It seems they aren't just releasing another Ben Folds solo album with different musicians. They're actually trying to keep the BF5 sound.
I should add that this was uploaded and shared by Ben himself, so it's not a copyright issue.
I was talking to Ben Folds publicity reps the other day, trying to square some interview stuff away. They told me that there is definitely a tour planned for the end of the summer.

Seeing this reunion on the line up was one of the deciding factors in me ordering a ticket. I saw them way back in 96 I think at the Bijou in Knoxville. They rocked. Seen Ben Folds once since then. At Appy State in Boone. I am so excited about seeing the 3 of them together again makes my heart flutter!
Why does it have to be Mac Miller before them? i'm most likely catching half of either the Antlers or War on NO NO WORD!!! and heading in around 4
I doubt many people are there to see both. This is good! The area clears out after Mac Miller and doesn't bring in a new audience for 45 minutes. Does anyone think 30 minutes is enough to get pit? Wondering id this is worth skipping Reggie Watts

They are recording this new album literally a block away from where I work, so on lunch today I decided to walk over. I didn't go deep in the studio, but I could hear them singing and working out parts. It sounds soooo good.

They absolutely killed it on Sunday. There were some minor errors here and there, and Darren and Robert's vocals for sure needed to come up, but what energy. They jammed quite a bit too.
I left the Beach Boys early for this, and I am so glad that I did. The Beach Boys were great, but all of my friends got really shitty spots and didn't have nearly as good of a time.
I can't wait for them to announce this tour. They are coming to Nashville, I know for sure. Hopefully to the Ryman.
