That set was awesome. Big Gigantic jammed with them and played for about 45 minutes while Umphreys took a break. Then Umphreys came back and grooved us til the sun came up.
This may have been the best show I've seen in my 7 years at Roo. It should be illegal what UM was doing to the crowd along with mixing in a lil BG during the day.
Was anyone else hoping the Van Halen cover band was really just going to be UM covering Van Halen songs since they can cover any song out there?

Umph finally got that coveted endless late night spot and they rocked the ever-loving sh*t out of it. I loved this set, and I loved walking into my friends' RV (that I wasn't saying in), waking them up, eating breakfast with them, and then sleeping in one of their beds once they were all awake. UMPH!
