We'll be coming from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada...3,031 km (1883 miles). The plan is to stop in St. Louis to see Stone Temple Pilots on the way down, then check out the area for a few days before the festival. Is there an approach to the festival grounds that is less busy/more favorable? For example, would it be best if we were in Chattanooga on the Wednesday and drove from that direction instead of Murfreesboro? Or vice versa? Or...is there just so many people lining up to get in that it's a crap shoot anyway?
Flying 733 miles from Philly to Jacksonville, driving approx 165 miles to Tallahassee, crashing for a night then driving approx 460 miles to the Roo. Same on the way back but with two nights in Tallahassee. Around 2716 miles all together, but most of that will be in the air where I can drink grossly overpriced cocktails and listen to the person next to me's iPod
