I have a feeling that this is another criminally overlooked record of that decade, as well... never hear anyone talking about it, when if comes to Van's greats. I think it's easily in the top 5.
I don't know. All my Van Morrison discussions of top 5 albums of his always include Astral Weeks and Saint Dominic's. Most of the time I don't even get past that amazing Side One to turn the album over. Thanks for the inspiration - I will be listening to this one today.

Great new album from a great new indie-folk group out of Nashville. They say "for fans of Ryan Adams, Ray LaMontagne, Iron & Wine, Wilco, The Civil Wars". I'd add The Tallest Man on Earth, and Hoots & Hellmouth.
