This has absolutely nothing to do with anything relevant, but was anyone else aware that Bob Mould was actually a WCW booker (show writer) in late 1999? His tenure did not last long, and very few of his booking ideas actually saw the light of day, but he was on the payroll and part of the backstage booking committee for a few months, attending most TV tapings and all PPVs of the time.
I only bring this up as there is actually a tiny bit of wrestling discussion elsewhere on the board at the moment.
Kinda. I was never aware of how big his involvement was but I did know that he was a part of WWF. I jst found out the other day that Leslie Hardy (Murder City Devils) is a cousin of Jeff & Matt Hardy. I didn't know that at all.

How's the Kathleen Edwards Zapp.
That Philip Glass was pretty incredible, can't wait to get into Einstein eventually. Downloading "Various Artists - Inside the Dream Syndicate Volume I: Day of Niagara" now Garage, thanks for the recommendation.
The song "Dust Bowl III" is so mesmerizing. When he sings "We're on our way, we're on our way," it evokes the feeling of driving late at night through a blanket of fog...unnerving because you can't see clearly but you don't panic because you have someone sitting beside you. It's the perfect blend of angst and calm.
Another new discovery, courtesy of KEXP & Paste: Portland, OR-based Lost Lander (feat Brent Knopf, formerly of Menomena.) They played SXSW yesterday; hopefully they'll tour the southeast at some point this year. Lost Lander - DRRT lostlander.bandcamp.com/album/drrt
