I'm interested...unfortunately the lineup isn't QUITE as kicka$$ as it was last year....but it still sounds awesome. I may have a better chance of getting off work this year than last, we'll have to see.

I would love to experience the mountain in the fall. I'll have to see what my work schedule is going to be like. And, fuck yeah, James McMurtry is playing. One of my favorites.
Boz just texted me about this - so now I am looking at it - but if we did it - we would do Fri-Sun and camp in handicap camping - but we may be there - who knows - I'll let you know if we end up getting tickets - his birthday is at the end of October - so the Birthday Fairy may do something if all of the logistics can be worked out with kids

i know we've never met, but i recognized your name from the harvest board...i would possibly be interested in putting together a large camp with some other like-minded folk. been to the 3 wakas at mulberry, but this would be my first harvest (plans have fallen through twice before), and i really want to go this year, but would have to go solo.

this is going to be the wife and I's first harvest fest. Been to all the waka's out at mulberry. I'm guessing it's going to be a lot smaller and a lot more laid back. I'm just curious as to what security is like and what the party situation is like there. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

The security was pretty low key, basically looking for glass and stupid people. I did not have any problems at all with the party situation either.
I actually got a flight to Little Rock on Wednesday night (tomorrow) and i get in at 8:30 pm. I know this is last minute, but if anyone is heading that way tomorrow and I could hitch a ride, I could throw in on gas. I picked some people up on the way to Waka this year and its only about two and a half hours out. PM if at all possible.

I am not going until Thursday and riding with someone else, have you checked the YMSB Harvest Forum? I bet it is worth a try.
Well another year and Harvest is still the best run, best weather festival out there in my opinion. Plus if you like Bluegrass and Americana a lot of the shows are really impressive. I am too tired now but I will try and write a review of while I still remember.
