It's pretty sad right now, but other than Roo and GBall, all I have planned is Interpol on July 28th in Washington, D.C. Not for lack of trying, just not many shows coming my way. Still waiting for that Sweetlife lineup!

So I have never heard of this venue before, I looked it up and it is a brand new record store on an "upcoming hip street." The street has NO parking anywhere what-so-ever and that place is teeny-tiny. Very interested in seeing how this plays out.

There will only be 5 guys there, that all look like Dave Maynar

I actually know a bunch of guys that are interested in this show. It makes sense it is at this "underground record store" though. They sell mostly, punk, hardcore and indie according to the article I found. It is just going to be packed, even with only 5 guys in there.

Probably going to the Atlanta show.
Also, god damn that would be a great show.
I will be making a quick trip to Dallas that weekend, so I will need to catch the Thursday Nashville show. How big is The End? Judging by the size of the some of the bands on their schedule, is it safe to assume it's the size of The Earl in Atlanta?

Well how big is The Earl in Atlanta?
The End is a matchbox. Down an alley. With a frightening women's bathroom.

Well, I just looked up the capacity of some of these venues. The End (175-200) is smaller than The Earl (300) and the Drunken Unicorn (250). That is pretty damn small. Atlanta has similar sized 150 person venue called 529 that I really enjoy.

Just guessing by I would say 100-150 capacity. It's cozy.

Of course they'll play Little Rock years after I moved. Too bad they're not coming through Asheville..
I never heard of Machines With Magnets before. It's a recording studio with a small space for art galleries and live music in nearby Pawtucket. Now I'm used to the old New England mill cities that are grimey as fuck, and this fits that description well.
Not to be outdone, Deep Desert - I only could find out about through just one link off Google, from a Facebook event page. It's either in an old warehouse or an old mechanic's garage in another industrial wasteland. This just seems like some extremely underground venue.
