Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
The tent is now aired out and everything is put back into it's place. Bonnaroo is over for me once again. Only this time there is 156 weeks that separates me from the farm and all of your smiling faces. I knew before I bought tickets that this would be my last for a few years.
It's not the heat or the people or "Bonnaroo sold out man" attitude that is keeping me from going back. I have much work to do over the next few years and unfortunately the festival falls smack dab in the middle of what I need to do.
Maybe this doesn't need it's own thread but I wanted to say thank you to all of you for making the past few years a lot more bearable for me. I've met some of you face to face and consider you dear friends. I said not to long ago that this is my favorite message board out of all the ones I'm involved in and I mean that. Inforoo is the best collection of people found on the internet these days, in one place.
Whats sad is I'll still be here line up night and the weeks heading into Roo. I'll be excited for you folks to get great line ups and hear the stories. I'm sure I'll be watching the stream. I'll be in and out till I get back down there. And when I do. I'm cooking crepes' for everyone.
Take care of yourselves, the festival and this board. Y'all are an amazing group of people.

I haven't been since '07, but I haven't ever been able to break the Inforoo habit.
I'm very torn about future plans for a number of reasons. Right now leaning against coming back in favor of trying some other festivals but will definitely be open to revising that plan. This is not the time or place for me to discuss that in length.
I am definitely an inforooster for life though. One of my main regrets is that I did not get to meet more of you. The ones that I have met in person, and many of you that I did not, I consider to be dear friends. I hope to remain very active on the board and hope to see many of you again. If any of you make it through or down to Atlanta, please look me up, and I definitely hope to see more of my Tennessee friends.

<<<< Two years roo free, still an inforoo junkie.
Also, there are a ton of other events that roosters attend throughout the year. I just about guarantee that every concert you attend outside of a small bar will have at least two other roosters there.
I certainly hope no one leaves Inforoo! I would cry. I know that if I didn't go to Roo ever again, I would still hang around here. I loves you guys too much.

I've tried before. It didn't stick. (That's why my signup date says 2008.) Besides, what would I do at work all day without inforoo?
GL, It was good to meet you and your wife this year in Centeroo if only briefly. It's likely we will be skipping next year as well but we'll still "see" you on the boards. And thanks for all the great music knowledge you post.

This is FACT! I've met more Inforoosters OFF the farm than on, so that proves we're out there in numbers wherever the music's playing. And this makes me downright giddy.
We're all a mess of paradoxes. Believing in things we know can't be true. We walk around carrying feelings too complicated and contradictory to express. But when it all becomes too big, and words aren't enough to help get it all out, there's always music.
At least you'll still be around he garageland! We'll only be missin' your physical manifestation on The Farm fer a while until you return.
Not at all. I worked at a record store for years and years and I can't express to you how many times a week I had someone come in and want to know where to get the song Takin It Easy at. It became a little much.
Lol. Wanna know when I loose all credibility? I don't like Paul McCartney either. I mean it's cool for you guys and I won't hate but, Jesus, talk about somebody that grates on my nerves.
