Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
So FYI got into a stupid intoxicated bet with a friend of mine over the headliners. I told him Radiohead, RHCP, and Phish are gonna be there, he didn't beleive me. He asked my source
I said: "I read the inforoo boards." Him: *blank stare on his part* Me: "It's like a Bonnaroo fan board."
He starts laughing, starts talking crap; Next thing you know I'm in a bet where if I win he'll buy my Bonnaroo ticket, if he wins he gets $250 (he does the payment plan because he's a cheapo).
So yeah, Insider YOU BETTER NOT BE A FALSE PROPHET, LADY!
Feeling pretty sure your bud just paid for your ticket this year, Gambitt. That's super cool.
Don't accept any double-or-nothing bets, until you're holding your ticket in hand.
So where should I start with Flying Lotus, I mean everything I have heard is more boring than Radiohead.
That's kinda rough, Jess. If I can honor Phish, then you can honor Radiohead. It just feels right.
"Building a better tomorrow"
I am just screwing around, I am not a big fan of Radiohead on album but the show in 2006 is up in the top 3 concerts I have ever seen I am pretty happy they will be coming back.

Same. Not a huge Phish listener on the iPod, but i always enjoy them live. Radiohead isn't really the most "accessible" band in the shuffle, either, but they are true killer in concert. That '06 Roo show was legendary

You go too far though. Just say that Phish is getting 2 sets and go from there.
I still think we might get a Sat afternoon acoustic set..... 3 Phish shows would be pretty premium.
On a side note I still can't believe that Karosko, Nod, Bacon, and co inc are not Phish nerds. With 240 some odd unique songs a year you can really argue about their output as a band.
I, too, am surprised that karosko, NoD, Bacon, and co inc are not Phish nerds. What the hell gives, guys?

Surprised, about Karosko?
You and Karosko should be able to sit down on a curbstone and level it out in conversation.
Picturing Karosko and Wolfman Jess physically fighting is just the best thing I've thought of today.
I don't think Jess was actually in that scrap, and I didn't mean to drag him innit.
To me, it kinda sounded like Karosko just having a semi-terse debate with himself about why he couldn't be a bigger Phish fan than he is. Lord knows, I've had that same talk with myself.
I've tossed it back and forth a few times now, and there's no clear winner except Radiohead

This is the first message board I've ever been on, the only reason I joined is because I love Bonnaroo and wanted to read and talk about it all year long.

I wasn't crazy about FlyLo at first. Then I saw him open for Atoms For Peace. Needless to say, I left the theatre on the cloud 9. He had me locked in for his entire set, and I've been preaching his greatness since!
So where should I start with Flying Lotus, I mean everything I have heard is more boring than Radiohead.
To use a Phish argument,
FlyLo Live > FlyLo Recorded
Yeah I have heard this a lot, and if he is there I will try and make an effort to see him. Sometimes I actually have to see a live show before I can get into a band.
Ever put music on before your sound? I went to listen to Do The Astral Plane that Karosko posted, and The Antlers "Two" was already playing, so when I turned the sound on they overlapped. Actually sounded pretty cool.
