String Cheese got a late night on the Which stage last year. Not sure why you'd rule out the Mule
I love Haynes, but he tours in some form pretty much non-stop. Out of Allman, Mule and The Warren Haynes band, one of them is almost always touring. The guy doesn't know how to rest.
SCI, on the other hand, is the exact opposite. They don't play a lot of shows, so having them come back to Roo and close the Which is a lot more special than having Haynes come back for the seemingly 10th year in a row.
MMJ Pearl Jam Radiohead LCD Soundsystem Phish moe some hardcore metal some rap some country (outlaw)
right now, I'm listening to: Wilco/Black Keys/Jamey Johnson/The Throne/J Cole/Roots (all latest albums)
I would recommend "Everybody Knows This Is Nowhere" as a good starting point. It is Neil's second solo album and first with Crazy Horse. It contains a few of his most famous songs which range from slow ballads to the jams of Cowgirl in the Sand and Down by the River.
After that you will want to check out "After the Goldrush".
As a Pearl Jam fan I would also highly recommend "Mirrorball" the album he recorded with Pearl Jam as his backing band. It is thick grungy goodness.

I'm pretty sure Trombone Shorty plays for free at this point, so at least they saved a little money there. But damn, I bet those top two lines cost... I actually have no idea. 1.2-1.5 million if I had to guess. That's not even counting Al Green, Herbie Hancock, MMJ or Bon Iver (Who's prices have surely gone up with his popularity).

Ne-Yo is billed about MMJ, Bon Iver, Allen Toussaint, & Florence. Awful.
