I didn't see the KoL....I wasn't hating I just needed some down time for my brain and feet before the night activities ensue. I heard them from our camp they were aight - the lead singer is hot

I love the reverse ham sandwhich....which I ate on the OTHER end of the farm...lol! I did hear the Pixies cover and go 'is that KOL?'....hehe! Then I went further to the other end of the farm. I'm glad that a lot of people liked what they heard/saw from KOL....awesome for you. Just not my thing is all.
I caught bits and pieces of this, going back and forth between this, Bakerton Group, and the cinema tent. It wasn't too bad.
They're not the greatest band in the world. But there's a lot better to judge them on based on half of Only By The Night - the part which includes Sex on Fire and Use Somebody.

The KOL set did absolutely nothing for me. Honestly I can't even remember it. I know I was there for at least part of it because we have a bunch of pics on the camera but I honestly don't remember a single bit of the music they played.
Worst part is I was even mostly sober because I knew I wanted to see Chromeo and then the second half of the Flips set and I still can't remember a single interesting thing about the KOL show.
But did anyone hear Delicious Ham Sandwich's cover of "Southern Man'?
Bwahaha! I'm stickin' with the little hate I've ever dared to post on here. I went back to camp to get a little rest, and I could hear them clear as a bell... until I got tired of listening to them (about 2 songs) and put my swimmer's earplugs in, kicked my feet up, and enjoyed some silence and a delicious ham sandwich.
KOL played the best possible show they could have for Roo. The only thing that would have made it better would be if they had skipped over Use Somebody completely. (But then the tweens would go ape sh!t)

I didn't mind them playing it, I just would have preferred a different song to close out their set. Overall, I really enjoyed their show. Trani was by far the highlight, always wanted to see that one live.

Hey benny, I agree on the Night by Night, and raise you MANEATER! How did they forget that one? For all the people singing the words to songs like Kiss on My Lips and Make My Dreams Come True, Maneater would have blown the damned roof off.
Really would have loved Night by Night with that big band though.

I think we got lucky that they like Bonnaroo.
andrewdmoses Don’t support Kings of Leon. EVER. 11 minutes ago via Twitter for iPhone andrewdmoses KOL was barely sober enough to take stage. Pumping IVs so they could stand preshow. Offended by stage conditions, they left 20k patrons. 5 minutes ago via Twitter for iPhone
