Since I didn't see Kdogg in this thread this month:
What were your extracurricular activities in high school? Do you speak any foreign languages? Who is your favorite Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle? Which video games have taken the most hours of your life. What was the first concert you attended? What was the first album you bought? Who is your favorite comedian? If I were to arrive at your door desirous of an alcoholic beverage, what would be my options? What were you doing on the busiest day of your life? What is your favorite curse word? Who is your hero?
What is the best advice you have ever received? What is the best advice you have to give?
Some of these might be repeats, but I wanted to forward the tradition for a month while he's off raging against the machine in Cheeseland.

EEEEP! I'm sorry that I didn't ask you any questions... you mad? of course not silly, i love your stinky face!
Would you rather live in a really nice house and drive a crappy car or live in a crappy house and drive a really nice car? nice house/crappy car.
When's the last time you played kickball? in college.
How many pillows do you prefer to sleep with? at least 3.
You have to go without power or water for three days... which do you choose to be without? no power. unless it is summer then i choose no water.
You wake up at the last possible moment... how long do you hit snooze in the morning? i absolutely wake up at the last minute possible and if i do hit snooze, it can be only one time or else i will be late to school. i usually don't press snooze, just get up.
Would you ever consider cutting your hair short? yes. here is a picture of me with short hair when i was in HS:

You just packed your cooler for a festival... it is mostly filled with ________? water.
Candy: chocolatey or fruity/chewy?
Tell us about your favorite non-festival vacation. when i was a junior in HS my mom, gran and i went to paris for 6 days. we got to go to monet's gardens and see a gregorian monk chanting easter service. the art there is unreal of course and trips like this contributed to my college major (art history) for sure. i love europe and am determined to live there again before i die.
(the little doll was my world geography teacher's. whenever anyone went on a cool trip, he let you take the doll and take pictures and he would put them up in his room.)
If you had to be on a reality television show, which would you choose? (you have to choose at least one) well i like competition shows the best, so this one:

i like people too much or not at all. [sylvia plath]
Least favorite color? (yes yes absence of color smartasses. )
Do you live in house, apartment, van down by the river? damn, i miss my van. here is my house:
Roommate(s) or alone? Have any roommate horror stories? i have two roommates of the feline variety.
YES. when i was a freshman in college i lived in a triple. one of the other girls (megan) and i got along really well and the other one was cray (whitney). she would do things like change her pad in the room, "change" clothes in front of guys we were seeing, blow dry her hair in the bathroom with the door open at 7am when we were sleeping, just weird/annoying/biznatchy stuff. whitney eventually moved out around the end of october.
well our dorm room was on the first floor and sometimes when it rained crickets tried to get in the rooms. one day i was in class and it was raining. my suitemate came in for the same class and sat next to me and told me we were having a cricket problem. after class i went back to the room and there was a note from megan saying there were tons of crickets but she had gotten some of the boys on the floor to help clean them out of our room. they were on the floor, in the beds, in the closet. we never really had any problems after that.
then at a christmas party i was talking to my old crazy roommate's NEW roommate (and she was pretty drunk at this point) and she was going on and on about how terrible the girl was and what a bad roommate she was. and THEN she says, "don't tell anyone i told you this but whitney is the one who put the crickets in your room b/c she was pissed you guys didn't like her."
WTF. cray hooker went to a pet store and bought crickets and let them loose in our room. people are nuts.
Who do you think the Sept. person will pick for October? no clue. they probably don't even know. haha
Isn't the Hunger Games the most screwed up thing ever? The entire plot and backstory of it? the idea of it is screwed up, having to compete to live. if we don't start conserving resources we may get to something like this eventually.
that said i love the books so hard and the movie was great too.
If you could pick one festival not Roo or Moog (outside Texas) to go to next year - what one would it be? in the us: coachella outside the us: glastonbury
What is your car? nissan versa
here are my bumper stickers:
Have you ever been on public transit before? Bus, trains, etc yes i'm a huge fan of public transportation, i wish where i lived had a better system. i love riding trains and the subway/metro.
What is the most evil corporation of them all? the healthcare industry.
Does height matter on a guy? no. i'm not a tiny girl, so i can't be dating some 100lb dude but i have been attracted to guys who were much taller than me (a foot) and guys who were the same height as me (i'm 5'6) or maybe just a tiny bit taller.
everyone says they have a type, but i've found that i never end up actually being with that type. it is different things that first make a man attractive to me looks-wise, maybe their smile or their eyes, the way they hold themselves with others, their strong hands, the way the flip their hair or the style in which they dress, their laugh or their voice. its never been the same thing for each of the guys i've been with.
What's your fav types of cheese? colby jack or feta.
You still get to answer everything answered to 11:59 in your time zone, regardless of you actually naming your replacement or not. hahaha! well my replacement is out of town for the weekend, so it is ok that i am taking some extra time. i wanted to wait so the new questions don't get garbled up with the old ones.
What were your extracurricular activities in high school? i played volleyball, tennis and threw shot put/discus. i was on yearbook for three years. my senior year i was senior class photographer. i was in national honor society and a social club called kaparrella kangaroos (it was basically like HS sorority).
Do you speak any foreign languages? conversational spanish. can semi-read and speak SUPER limited french.
Who is your favorite Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle? haha you already asked me this one! good job.
Which video games have taken the most hours of your life.
What was the first concert you attended?
What was the first album you bought? my mom made me take it back b/c it had curse words. haha
Who is your favorite comedian?
If I were to arrive at your door desirous of an alcoholic beverage, what would be my options? hmm. i had to look to see. hahah.
i have one can of strong bow and one bottle of:
What were you doing on the busiest day of your life? first day of school the first year i taught.
What is your favorite curse word? .Quack.
Who is your hero? well i have the standard people that i look up to (mom/grandparents/people in my career who do awesome things etc.) but right now i would say my "hero" is my younger cousin molly. she recently came out as a lesbian (which was hard in our conservative family) and she moved to seattle and graduated from seattle university and is trying to make it as a photographer. so many times in my life i haven't made big moves or changes b/c i didn't think it would be accepted but i admire how she's stepped out and done her own thing.
(to be honest i don't really care for the word hero i feel like it is misused and misunderstood. i mean, my mom is really amazing and i wouldn't be who i am without her but she didn't really do anything "heroic".)
What is the best advice you have ever received? pick your battles.
What is the best advice you have to give? that when you believe most people are judging you or whatever, they are really probably just thinking about themselves.

Have you ever made FawnMart and/or Quacker cry happy tears? haha i guess i have! i will always be so thankful to both of you for helping me get to roo this year, so i hope my small token of appreciation shows you that.
Best advice you have ever received? Best advice you can give? ^see above.
When r you coming up to RI to feel the quack club love? soon i hope!!! folk festival would def be a possibility next summer.
Has being BMOTM taught you anything about yourself? i like pictures. (and i have a lot of great friends on this board that at least like me enough to humor me. )
thanks for letting me have some of your month, even though you are at made in america, so the point is moot.
i will start your questions: -what's your favorite color? -would you rather listen to your favorite album once every day forever or never hear it again? -favorite beatle? -is war necessary? -do you think men have the right to decide women's reproductive rights? (ie birth control/abortions etc.) -what is something that grosses you out? -before i met you in person, i was convinced you were black. then you also tried to tell all of us in chat you dunked on shaq. what were you REALLY like in highschool?
i will start your questions: -what's your favorite color? -would you rather listen to your favorite album once every day forever or never hear it again? -favorite beatle? -is war necessary? -do you think men have the right to decide women's reproductive rights? (ie birth control/abortions etc.) -what is something that grosses you out? -before i met you in person, i was convinced you were black. then you also tried to tell all of us in chat you dunked on shaq. what were you REALLY like in highschool?
- Green - I don't really have a favorite album ever, so I don't have to choose. - Lennon - There's always going to be insane people with insane ideas who think those that disagree with them should be killed. There will always be people needed to stop those insane people from doing that. - Uh, no. Your uterus, your rules. - Really gruesome ACL injuries. - Yeah, I don't know why people seem to think I come off as black on the internet, but I did go to a really diverse high school.
And I never said Shaq, I was hammered so I probably exaggerated, but I did dunk on people half a foot taller than me in high school.
If you could hang out for a day with 5 people, dead or alive, famous or not, who would they be? Why them?
Teddy Roosevelt, George Carlin, John Lennon, the 1986 New York Mets (counting them as a single entity), Albert Einstein.
Teddy was one of the most badass guys ever, Carlin is hilarious, Lennon was inspirational for an entire generation and a paradoxical person so I feel he'd be really interesting to speak with (if he wasn't on lsd), the '86 Mets to party like it was the last day on earth, and Einstein because he's brilliant, but funny, I don't like bland brilliance, I guess.
First of all, thank you for including Bubbles. Now to the questions:
1/You can have Curtis Martin or John Riggins at their peak for one game for all the marbles - who do you choose?
2/Which are you looking more forward to: a/Lupe's Food and Liquor II or b/Big Boi's Vicious Lies and Dangerous Rumors?
3/Is Philadelphia the worst city in the USA?
1 - Riggins. Martin is one of my favorite all-time players, but his greatness was best seen over time since his consistency was what got him to the HOF. Riggins, on the other hand, I feel like you could give the ball to 30 times in a Super Bowl and literally ride him to a win.
2 - Big Boi. Although I do hope Lupe gets back on track.
Which ones have you attended? Bonus points for ranking them from best to worst.
Favorite all time set? Why?
Worst set? Why?
Most surprising set? Why?
Favorite Centeroo food?
Favorite overall Bonnaroo moment?
Thanks!
- '09 - '12 - Tough call, but probably Stevie Wonder. I was wayyyy up close and it was awesome seeing someone I had listened to so much growing up. - Kid Cudi, he nearly put me to sleep. - Well, I was surprised by Trombone Shorty when he played with Galactic to the point i got a full-blown man crush on him. - Corndog - I think being in the MMJ pit in '11 with 2 of my best friends. That was probably about as care-free as I've ever been in my life.
