As we speak my dude is cooking spicy Italian sausage sandwiches with cheddar cheese and onions, curry rice, and haricots verts with oil and garlic. Kinda random but everything smells sooo good!
And, another vote for tuna noodle casserole... I love that stuff!!

Tonight, I have to grab dinner someplace between work and rehearsal... the problem with that is, its St. Patrick's Day and its Boston. I predict another hungry evening!
welcome to the Inforoo Food Network, Juggs ! I'm in the mood for my homemade Jerk marinade, maybe with some shrimp skewers or chicken on the grill - a good salad and maybe some sweet potatoes or rice. hmmmm.

Roast pork with a clove and pinapple marinade mashed potatoes and green beans. I (Tim) do all the cooking when I'm home because in the summer time I don't get off of work untill dark. I work dark to dark. So I get a reprieve on house hold chores. But I'm forced to make up for it in the winter.
We're all a mess of paradoxes. Believing in things we know can't be true. We walk around carrying feelings too complicated and contradictory to express. But when it all becomes too big, and words aren't enough to help get it all out, there's always music.

I'm thinking pan-fried spinach and feta chicken sausage with sauteed onions and red and green peppers, served on grilled wholegrain bread with cheddar cheese and spicy mustard. On the side, campari tomato salad and roasted brussels sprouts with garlic and oil.
Get some rye bread and some coleslaw and some ham and have it cuban style. It will change your life.
I have to make Hollandaise tomorrow for class and I'm thinking that I may have breakfast for dinner tomorrow with Cajun Style Eggs Benidict with some andouille sausage I have left over.

Rabbit Stew.
Shallots, garlic, parsnips, and parsley root sauteed in bacon grease. Diced tomatoes, tarragon, sage, parsley, rosemary, red wine, chicken broth added to simmer. Carrots, sweet potatoes and fingerlings cooked until softened. Coat pieces of rabbit in flour, salt and pepper and then pan sear. Add all of the ingredients together and roast for about 45 minutes. Liver-creme fraiche mixed in after a bit of cooling. This was a goddang dream.
